I ate here with 6 other people 4/26/14 at 4pm. They had to connect 2 tables for us 1 round and 1 square. The waitress was great, brought us drinks but we were having trouble talking to each other with how the tables were set up. I asked the bus boy if he minded if we changed the circle table for the square one right next to us, he said hed ask the manager. The restaurant was not busy with maybe 3 other tables occupied. The manager came over with a sour face saying we could move across the restaurant to the long table that was dirty but theyd clean it. I asked if we could just use the table next to us and wed move it back but she had a fit and said "No, We cant rearrange the whole restaurant for you!" I said I just want to switch out one table. She was very rude! . The bill was $150. And I will not be back! That woman should stay in the kitchen, No customer service skills at all !

I will NEVER return to this business ever again. We have ordered here many many times and a few times things happen and things were not correct. However, I understand that mistakes happen so I normally chalk it up to an accident. Well Well today I learn from the owner herself (Vera) that I as a customer is the one in the wrong because I did not order correctly. She is so unprofessional and rude. Even though for at least 20 other times I have ordered the same thing the same way and maybe out of the 20 times it has been made incorrectly 4 times and that was not the reason because I ordered incorrectly. Now I understand why her management team has such a bad attitude towards their customers. I did NOT want money back, I did NOT want food back what I wanted was a thank you for letting me know and Im sorry!!!!!! Just extremely unprofessional.

I love the atmosphere of this restraunt. If you can, sit in the bar because service on the floor is horrible. I have ate out here several times and everytime I leave, I wonder why I go back. If your going to kick back a few beers away from old town this is the place, but food is always luke warm, service (other then the bar) is awful and your gonna have a problem, be it over charge on your bill, slow service, being forgotten, wrong order brought out, or drinks taking 30 minutes for refills. Just not worth the money and the amount of time you have to wait. A dinner with three adults took 2 hours, we arrived at 8:30 got our drinks at 9, and food about 9:40. The bill rolled around at about 10:15 with an overcharge and then they gave me problems to get it fixed.

Almost every restaurant with "wings" in the name seems to make mediocre wings. I actually asked for crispy or well-done wings and was ignored (every time). I had to spit much of the undercooked skin and fat into napkins. I have been here three times, sat at the bar, and have had only one engaging bartender. The other two acted like they did not want to be there and like it was a problem to actually take your order. I only go to watch football I cant get at my Slidell house due to antenna only. Guess Ill have to find another place, cant find a reason to spend any more money here.

This was an enjoyable family outing. Food was quite good - the boneless teriyaki wings had a nice smoky flavor, and my wife (who is vegetarian) had the black bean burger and potato wedges, and enjoyed the meal. Our server was prompt, courteous, and proactive - she didnt let anyone run dry on drinks, and was on the ball without "hovering". When not at our table or others, she could be seen sweeping up and keeping the place clean (always a good point.) Were definitely going back when the mood strikes again.

I recently ate at this location with some friends and found that the fun sports bar I liked to frequent 2 years ago has turned into an overpriced fast-food stand that has horrible service. It took our waitress 30 minutes to run our credit cards and bring our recipts to us because she was to busy flirting with the cook. We also ran into some other people we knew who needed to be somewhere and the server completley ignored them and they simply just got up and left. I do not recomend this restaraunt to anyone.

This place used to be good and i used to eat here alot but i went back since i hadnt been there in a while and just horrible. I called my order in and the togo servers where nice but the food was crap. My bonless wings were barely coated in any sauce and there was basically no meat just crust and my fries were cold. All in all i wouldnt recomend it, they are too pricey for such crapy food. Spend your money elsewhere.

Was very surprised at the way we were treated here. They advertise to be supporters of miltary members but gave us a 39 cents discount on only my husbands french fries. Dont act like your doing a good act in appreciating what these people do for the country if your just going to throw cents back in our face

Food was quick and good. Just make sure you double check your order(s) with the waiter or waitress if you have a large party. Got a couple of mix ups on our tickets. Other than that, enjoy your wings and a bajillion tvs

I want to compare this Wild Wings location to a location in DIberville Mississippi. Simply put the DIberville location gets one star and this location gets five go to both then youll understand what I mean.

Service is always slow, but they always get things right in the end. I love the food so much Im willing to put up with it. If you go in expecting good food and a long wait, you wont be disappointed.

Was eating amd watching the truck races and some body changed it to baseball i wss seating therevwatching for a hour amd no body even ask if i was watchi ng it . So i will never go back there again

Your basic BWW experience. Good wings, the service is hit or miss depending on which server you get. Plenty of large screens but mostly malfunctioning trivia boxes.

Great food and atmosphere. My kids favorite place to eat. Avoid if there is a major sports event going on or you will wait forever for service.
