The service was good. The waitress was nice but Pizzahut is about to lose me as a customer because of their crummy menu practices. I asked if I could get the 2 Med pizzas for $6.99 and she told me i couldnt because they dont allow that for eat in customers... I didnt want to be stuck buying one pizza for $15 when I could get 2 Med pizzas with toppings.. I ended up paying $22.52 +$3 tip for one LG one topping pizza a salad and a drink. Not happy and spent more than I wanted to. THE salad bar was clean and the products looked nice until I reached in and grabbed a spoon and all the tiny fruit flies started buzzing around... Pizzahut.... NOT cool

A big shout out to the staff at Pizza Hut in Dixon, Illinois! There was a blizzard going on, they were the only place open in town, and STILL were delivering to people, on Superbowl night. Some of them had been there all day, and were still going strong. My food was hot, good, and I didnt have to make it! Thanks to this group for hanging in there. :)

Most of the food is pretty good, but they have definitely changed the pizza sauce over the last couple of months. It has definitely declined in quality and taste. Its hard to define exactly whats off about it, but it just doesnt taste right anymore.

Great food. Waited literally an hour after our food was supposed to arrive before calling on it. Called to complain and was told there was only one delivery driver and basically to deal with it or to come pick it up. 4-1-17

Got charged extra and they wouldnt fix it wont be coming here again. I recommend Casey pizza or Mama Ciminos. Better pizza and they wont over charge you!
