I came through the drive through about a week ago for 2 items, my parfait was melted the moment she handed it to me and my husband almost didnt even get his because the lady couldnt get the toppings right on his banana split! This is not my first bad experience with this DQ, and summer is coming so Im sure I will go back but ONLY because its the only one in town! Last time we went my kiddo ordered a strawberry shake and It looked like strawberry milk! I suggest you walk in so you can get it done again when you are dissatisfied. (yes I said when, not if)

I ran through the drive thru about 6:50 this evening. A petite blond with a pony tail was going off about something. I could hear her yelling with the drive thru window closed. Many people standing around listening without a care in the world for any customers in earshot. Very tasteless. The only one to care was the gentleman working the window. I could tell he was embarrassed but I think he didnt apologize because we couldnt hear anything over the shouting. If this was my business, she would have been fired.

It was the worst experience i have ever had in my life as far as ice cream goes. Usually when you order a blizzard they flip it upside down so that you know that its frozen. This lady basically handed me milk with cookie dough in it and tried to bamboozled me into believing that it was a blizzard. This was the opposite, this was hell on a summer day far from a blizzard. Save yourself the trip and money just go to Ollies down the street and enjoy your ice cream and custard experience.

When there today and got a 1/4 Bacon cheese burger, Frys and small blizzard. The burger was so under cooked that I didnt eat it. Frys where stale and to top it off they over filled the blizzard so when she put the top on, it when all down the sides to witch she didnt clean.
