For what it is, you cant beat it. Is it more expensive than the other fast food burger joints, ABSOLUTELY, although you do get a lot more for your money. The food is always fresh, and I have some specific dietary issues that I have to watch (salt & sodium restrictions), and they are always more than willing to take care of that for me. The staff is always friendly, especially the night crew. I always seem to be in there right before they close the dining room. Well done Whataburger, well done.

Just left the drive thru and yes i know its 1:15 in the morning but they are supposed to be open and staffed accordingly. I was at this location over 30 minutes and though this is the first time eating this particular burger im pretty sure it was made wrong. To add further insult the fries were just barely warm and i did not get a single apology from any of the workers for my wait. They should all be fired if you ask me. Lets just say i wont be back

The drive thru service was terrible I was waiting there in drive thru for 30 mins we back out and, I went inside and I had to wait for an another 30 mins inside cause the staff members were playing around the whole time then getting my order done and the person working the cashier act like she didnt want to do her job and the staff members was eating the food also. It was last month too.

U always have a wait which is fine. But if i wait i expect my food to be fresh. Exp since they are over priced. It was 1 am in morning why would you not cook fresh chicken stripes. And the manager Eternity had an attitude when i requested this. She said it will take 7 mins. I told her that was fine i was there before i pulled off 7mins. So we should have gotten this right from the start.

An employe who shal not be namd was very rud. He is always semingly out of place and he never asks if I want sauce, even though I have TWO (2)LARGE FRIES ON MY TRAE, (sand)WICH HE CAN SEE RIGHT THERE. But anyways, everyone else is cool. They are chill most of the time. Heck, they even think this persen should be fired.

What tastes good is subjective but I think we can agree that having your food brought to your table along with a tray of condiments to choose from is a much better experience than having a number yelled out from the register. Great service.

The food comes out hot and fresh every time. Lettuce and tomatoes are always fresh on my burger. Favorite thing to get here is the honey butter chicken biscuit! Will miss this place when I go back up north :(

Is it really necessary to say all of that stuff in the drive thru before you take my order?? Stop trying to upsale!!! It takes forever in the drive thru to get your food. I must say the Patty Melt is the bomb!

The worst Whataburger I have ever eaten at! I requested a bottle of water with my meal and was not told they didnt have bottled water until after I paid! I cant have soda and I got screwed put of my drink!

I visit this location quite frequently, as a bartender it is a great 24 hour option. Sharon is the best part of overnight shifts, but the service and food quality seem to suffer when she is not there.
