This is the worst shop Ive ever been to. I needed one wheel trued and I was told it would be a day or so. A week later I called and it wasnt done. I was told it would be done that day and when i went to pick it up the shop had closed 30 minutes early. I finally got to pick up the wheel the next day, they couldnt find the wheel and the wheel wasnt even true. Unfortunately I didnt realize it wasnt true till I got it home and put it on my bike. I called it a lost and moved on. Needless to say I wont be back. This shop was not quick, well priced, and had terrible customer service. Go somewhere else for service. Update to the owner: I understand you have a busy season. However, I did not request a one day turn around. I was told by the staff I spoke to on the phone it would take a day or so. Again, the staff did check my wheel before I paid but it was not shown to me. It never occurred to me that I should ask to see it. I took it to a "professional" surely they know what they are doing. Apparently I was wrong. I asked for time frame and cost in advance and both were more than I was told. If it is the busy time of year staff should know this and be able to estimate service costs. Staff should not give unrealistic time frames or costs.

Ordered an iced latte with 4 shots; one of the best tasting iced lattes Ive had. Forgot to ask for whole milk and the barista pleasantly obliged. We even noticed the Miscalato (sp?) blended drink on the menu, and the barista was kind enough to prepare us two samples of it. Very tasty. Excellent service, wont be going to any other coffee shop in Lake Geneva from here on out.

Who would think to put a high end boutique bike shop within the avant cool confines of a coffee shop? This guy did, and crafted all your experience by hand. A must go, and a serious replacement for the big corporate shop in town.

Fantastic place, nitro coffee is unbelievable. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful, taking time to let you taste and explain the process of brewing. Very clean place and baby friendly. Best coffee in town for sure.
