Half a step away from a truck stop Starbucks.. They have trash in the shrubs on patio, door hanging off the Hinges and more worried about giving out free tea than serving drinks to gold card paying customers. I waited almost 10 minutes while everybody behind me got their free tea samples, 5 frappuccinos and one white coffee and I was getting my reward Carmel macciatto that was coffee flavored water with no Carmel. I could have gotten a better drink from one of those gas station cappuccino powder machines and waited less time. Outside there are covers, napkins, straws, and food trash all over the ground but no one policing cleanliness instead inside joking around and tripping over each other. Manager was the biggest culprit in the Keystone mayhem. If youre In a hurry, or want to support a Location go elsewhere and let the tourists get dysentery from this one.

This is a great big Starbucks, full of sunshine, with wood floors. Plenty of power for ones devices and the usual Starbucks drinks offerings. Ample outdoor seating during appropriate months. The staff is friendly -- with a mix of conversationalists and not-so-much -- and the patrons also friendly. Parking can be a bear, as the on-street parking is metered (electronic, so it can be extended via text messaging, at a 25 cent surcharge). However, there is free parking nearby if one knows how to find it... Also, the metered parking begins at 9AM and ends at 7PM, and is free in the off-season (like October through March or something).

Only one in town, (except for a nice satellite one in Target) It is a large one. Good atmosphere/sometimes kept up. It is void of the couch and the Tao Teas, (no more Tao at all Starbucks) However, a nice Starbucks and my place to go for winter therapy. Managed poorly on certain days. Last two visits, drinks were prepared poorly. Inexperienced crew last visit. Next summer 2018 their will be a 3rd Starbucks in the Walmart parking lot area! This location has a few nice spots to sip outside. For quality; Im recommending the satellite smaller one in Target...

Friendly staff, love the environment with the fireplace but they REALLY need to turn up the music!!! Been in there 3-4 times, even asked them to turn it up this last time and still couldnt hear it. I like the music for relaxation and to drown out everyones conversations. We go to the one on Dillys Rd in Gurnee often when were out that way for our daughters softball practice and their music is great! Perfect volume, nice variety and VERY relaxing, we even got the Spotify app just so we can listen to it elsewhere!

Always a pleasure unless the manager decides to keep staff low versus sales to get the bonus. When you staff low and you know theres functions within the city that creates long lines, you lose business because the lines are too damn long and you cant get them out. The Lake Geneva manager needs to step it up and pay attention to City functions. All the city functions creates long lines and she likes to have the bare minimum staff which makes customers unhappy, the staff unhappy, and a lot of walkouts.

No parking, would be nice if they had a drive through! Im obsessed with starbucks, just thinking about their white chocolate mocha frap makes me crave, but lets face it this starbucks location is just piss poor. From the actual service and how honestly unhappy they look, to the fact that there is never somewhere to park and just run in quick! Always a long process to find parking, feed the meter and walk a long distance just for a beverage.

Internet is solid (greater than 30mbps dload), location is large with plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor as well. Unfortunately, it is always understaffed, and the batistas need training badly. Drinks come out sloooooow. Of course its a tourist hotspot and so you have lots of people "treating" themselves to Starbucks, which often is a Frappuccino. Expect to wait in line for 5-10 minutes and another 5-25 getting your drink. =/

I like starbucks... but this place was a waste of money. Ordered a large drink and when it came out it was small... I said I ordered a large and the guy making my drink got all pissy. He ended up making me a new on but I couldnt even drink it, because it was so horribly made. Thanks for wasting my money seeing how I had to throw the whole thing away.

I like coming to hang out here. It can be really busy during the day. Baristas are usuallu very nice and helpful. Lately have been a bit slow on getting drinks out, but I think that has to do with how busy it gets in there. There really isnt free parking for Star Bucks. Normally better to walk there.

Definitely a hot spot on the weekends, they do very well with using the App so if you would like to skip the line and have it - I highly recommend it. During the week there is a steady flow, not too long of a wait, they just hired more staff and all are nice. Great service and a great place to go.

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and one came out still frozen so they put it back in the oven until it was burnt and gross, the second sandwich was half warm and then once you got to the middle it was cold. The staff seemed messy, unorganized and just didnt care.

I go to this restaurant quite frequently. Usually the drinks are amazing. On this occasion the caramel macchiato really tasted awful. Not sure if they forgot to add something or added something they should not have. But it certainly didnt taste like the usual.

Always a great experience. This is one of my favorite places. If you need to grab a coffee and run, sit and read a good book on a rainy day ormeet up with friends and chill this is the place! Great coffee and service consistently!

I travel to lake Geneva often, and I usually stop in for something the Starbucks. I never had a problem. The place is clean and the manager was attentive and friendly. You gotta love that 200% customer service.

I grew up in in this area and its a AWESOME Starbucks in a gorgeous town with exquisite shops and eating, its a beautiful historical area and all the places including their Starbucks are top of the line!!

The Coffee was great, however, my wife and I stood in line for 15 min. Before we were served and 5 min after we ordered. Ive never waited so long. This is why this Starbucks got only 3 out of 5 stars.

Largest Starbucks Ive ever been in. Its beautiful and roomy. It has reclaimed barn wood. It doesnt feel stuffy or crowded. The staff is really friendly!
