This place is hit or miss. Our most recent visit was a huge huge miss. Drive through was busy so we decided to run in to grab an icee and use the bathroom. (You have a 20% chance on any given day that icees arw even available.) The employee forgot what flavor and asked again and managed to get the size wrong too. 15 minutes later while she took more orders and no one else helped up front I finally got my icee. She assured me it was a large but Ive got a sweet tooth for these and have had them before, it was not a large sadly. She was too busy to care. This whole while a group of teens were constantly in and out of the bathroom smoking pot, several customers were unable to use it. The staff in back were arguing loudly while food sat waiting and no one knew what to take to the drive through window.

Ordered a chicken sandwich. A bun, lettuce, mayo, and a chicken patty. There is no lettuce, the bun is crushed, and there is mayo everywhere. Call the store to let a manager or supervisor know. Explain my issue only to hear them speaking to someone else in the background. They then ask me to repeat my concern. I tell them my concern would be there professionalism and customer service at this point and hang up. I cannot believe that anyone would think doing business this way would work.

This is BY FAR one of the worst Burger Kings in this state. This and 45th and Forrest Home location. Service takes a very, very long tine, and even longer if you decide to go in and order. Employees talk loud, ghetto as hell and have not a single professional bone in their body. Ghetto meaning, they all talk like theyre tough, with slang and yeah dawg, gimme dat burger quick G. Seriously, thats how they talk, OUT LOUD INFRONT of all the customers...blah, waste of time to go there.

They automatically assume you want coke because they dont ask what would you like to drink, the food is cold and for the meals they serve childrens portions. You have to ask if there is ice, and they give you attitude when you correct them on your order. They need to hire people who know what customer service means. Stop worrying about your hair and make-up!! Here in the work force you are an adult so stop acting childish and stuck up!!

Absolutely horrible. I have no idea why we chose this "restaurant " with all the other choices in the food court. Do us all a favor and shut this worthless place down. Service was the worst. If your young, ignorant, and foul mouthed this is the dead end job for you. I work in the death industry with death everyday and Im still courteous, polite, and can treat people with respect. Sorry if I ruined your day by ordering food.

A pretty good Burger King. Ive been to lots of BKs around Milwaukee, and this ones the best. No long wait in the drive thru, never had an order made incorrectly, and never had any attitude from the staff. Sure there was a mess, but alot of it was due to customers deliberately making messes. Employees cleaned up the messes that they saw right away.

Five. Five, is the number of times they have messed up my familys order. Just three weeks ago, I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, two small fries, and an Oreo milkshake. They only gave us TEN nuggets, without the BBQ sauce I requested, and only one fry. At least I got my milkshake... which FYI tastes like trash. If you want GOOD Oreo products, go to DQ.

I just tried to stop there to get food on my way home from work. Their hours are clearly labeled that they close at midnight- it was 11:12 when I pulled in and the whole place was dark. Ive had orders messed up before at this location, with no real care to remedy the problem, but I was really craving some BK

Do they ever actually clean this place? Ketchup strewn about the drink counter, multiple wrappers on the floor around the restaurant and general vibe of "Who Cares?". Dont get me started on the disgusting mess under the soft drink dispensers...

Theres a leak on the roof, and the solution is, in my opinion, unacceptable for a food establishment. See the pics. The bucket with brown water (I hope its water) is sitting between the soda machine and the ketchup dispenser.

I will be going to see them this morning. Yesterday morning I grabbed breakfast here and they charged my debit card TWICE for the exact same amount and only gave me one reciept.
