Considering this is a chain, I understand service to not be stellar. However, the service I experienced was uncomfortable and down right awful, to the point I watched two people turn around and leave. First, it was 9pm on a Friday, and the establishment did not close till 10:30pm, yet all the chairs were up. A couple behind us asked if they close soon, the lady said yes, when they asked what time she said 10:30, an hour and thirty minutes is not soon, and rushing us out, and not having anywhere to sit is disgusting. The other couple ultimately walked out, as we should have. I will not only take up this awful service with Yelp, I will call corporate and let them know they need to change their leadership, maybe thats why they are losing money. Second, the lady at the front does not have any skills, I understand not enjoying your job, but she made my dining experience anxious and hostile. Lastly, the food was not bad, and thats the biggest disappointment of it all, because I would have continued going to cousins sub. However, with an experience like that Ill just go to a jimmy johns or mikes subs.

I probably go here once a month or so on average. Most of the employees Ive dealt with have been rude and the food is usually on par with other locations except for todays - which prompted this review. When the bread is too small to even hold the contents, you probably shouldnt serve it. I felt like they were serving it to me on purpose because when I picked it up from the counter (after about 15 minutes for a cold sub?) I said "Thank you" (without looking at the size/quality of the sub) and she responded with "What?!!?!" (very defensively). I responded with "I said thanks" without even a reply from her. I got to my seat and realized they gave me some scrap piece of bread that Im assuming would not pass "Cousins" standards and quality control. I would of brought it up to a manager but by that point I felt I would of been banned from the restaurant for being too polite about things. I realize fast-food never matches the marketing photos but this was embarrassing. It was the size of an Olive Garden breadstick... which would of probably been more fulfilling than this micro-sub.

The customer service here is the worst ever. Usually I dont put bad reviews on google but not just once but three times, I have had problems with them. The first time I ordered online, paid for everything already. Went to go pick it up and the cashier said my card didnt go through online so I paid again! And when I checked later that day, they charged me twice!! Same thing the next time, paid online. My boyfriend went to pick it up and had to pay for it again so I called them immediately to get my money back plus they charged him for chips he never bought. And the third time today was when I ordered 2 subs and medium fries. Only got 2 subs. No fries. Is it that hard to work at cousins sub that its that confusing?! Never going there or ordering online from there again.

This is really really bad. I have been a customer of Cousins since 1971, we lived 4 blocks from the first store on 60th and Silver Spring. I went into this newly opened store on Port Road, and they are trying to be Fire House subs now...and unsuccessfully! The menu has been shaved down, they have a line of nit wits who are so confused it takes 3 to get change to one person. Food quality is sub par. Managers yelling at each other, and generally speaking...a major turn off. I guess Kristy still is rebelling against her father, who made her either work or o to school if she wanted to be in the family biz. Too bad she doesnt understand why the old way worked, and this new way wont.

It was horrible, the service was slow they got our order wrong,they dirty aprons on ,everybody was stepping over the next person. There was no order it was like watching every one work in chaos. They had no hair nets on their heads and they fix this ladys order which was the wrong thing then they asked her if she wanted it anyway. I said what a joke! I hadnt eaten there in about thirty years so I said Ill give them a try ,never again, they are SORRY!

Darn good. Theyve gone to a new layout and a faster, more visible assembly line order/choose/pay model for this location, something in between Subway and JimmyJohns. The subs are good and it was really quick relative to a lot of other Cousins locations.

Nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Takes about 5 to 10 minutes for a sub. Subs are very delicious! Drive thru takes a while, should just be a pick up window instead. Here my Chicken Cheddar Deluxe sub when I dined in. :)

Absoulity the slowest and worst customer service out of any cousins. Everytime I call in a order nobody is ever working the window and my food is never ready. the sad part is I only live 2 blocks away from this one smh

Stay with the original Cousins "Formula." and customer service. This shop is slow and doesnt need to copy Subway. This is better than the previous shop, but well below other Cousins elsewhere. Very noisy.

I ate here a few weeks ago. The food was good and they even had a keg Root Beer machine like Ive never seen before. I have eaten at many Cousins and this place is as good as the best.
