Ordered online at 6:27 PM. Waited 10 minutes to leave and got to the store and told the cashier I had an online order of 1 sub with a meal combo. I watched four people in line order decently large orders well after I did considering they were ordering when I got there and every single person got their order before I did. The worst part is that they had my sub sitting there for 20 minutes and all I needed was the fries which were ready too. I was told Id have to wait because the fries werent ready even though I could see them there. They proceeded to give those fries to a person that ordered after me. So all in all, they asked if I was waiting at 6:55 pm after I had been standing there for almost 20 minutes waiting for my order... I explained I ordered online again and they made me a new sub and fries which were both undercooked badly... finally received my meal to go at 7:00 PM, so 30 minutes for one meal while multiple people who ordered tons of food got theres before mine, yea not going to this cousins ever again

I ordered through UberEats with a coworker, and the description of the traditional ham and provolone included lettuce, tomato, oregano, mayo, ham and provolone. When I got the sandwich I literally got only ham, provolone and mayo. Super disappointed they needed everything selected as an add on when its a regular menu item as a package called the "Ham and Provolone sandwich" (Quite literally their #1 meal)... and even when I called to explain what happened, they just said they were confused and shouldve called me for clarification. They knew exactly my order and still let the food go out knowing it wouldnt be able to be returned. Wasted money, sad tummy.
