I would like to preface by saying that I have ordered from Quick Wok many times in the past and have been satisfied with my food and the delivery time. However, I was incredibly disappointed with my most recent experience. I ordered lunch for my coworkers and I at 11:30. By 12:15, it hadnt arrived, so I called and was assured that my food was leaving with the delivery driver at that moment. By 12:45, the food had still not arrived... so I called back AGAIN and was told that my food was JUST being made. In an effort to appease me, they offered to send 2 orders of crab rangoons for free. They would not refund my money or discount my order. I will not be reordering again.

Took me an exactly an 1 hour 36 minutes to get my food and it was terrible (crab rangoon had no imitation crab, egg rolls tasted like they were made with breakfast sausage, lo mein had really old, dried fried chicken in it)...driver seemed very sorry though just seemed like a nice guy who got lost but an hour and a half for terrible food that was made with obvious leftovers from other dishes that didnt sell the day before, and when we called to complain about the food the lady was extremely rude...it was the worst delivery experience ive ever had

Lady behind the counter LIED said rice came with the spicy beef,there was not even ten small pieces of beef and a ridiculous amount of vegetables that I told her I did not want!This was the pint size order so I paid more for less actual meat!The rice came out of the box in the shape of the box which means it was old and very dry,i was there Sat 530 so they dont even make fresh rice at dinner time.I will NEVER eat there again and will make sure word of mouth is how terrible their food is.

They have amazing prices for loads of food, and provide great quick service when you want it. The only bad thing is when you want to have something delivered it seems to take a while and you get charged almost 25% of your order for the drivers fee. Overall, great place to swing in for either a pick up or meal on the spot, and being on Water St. its the best thing for all the college students in the area.

Do I even have to give them a star?! Worst Chinese we have ever had. The chicken tastes like microwaved sorta mushy chicken as if heated up 4 times it was dry in middle and outside had a mushy mushy soggy breading that didnt even taste good... the white rice tastes like minutemaid rice. The fried rice tasted smokey and chicken in there was dried and burnt. Nothing was good.

We waited an hour and a half for our food and when it finally did show up one order was over cooked to the point that it was unedible, and it was missing part of another order. The manager seemed very rushed and I understand that sometimes things happen, but it was a huge inconvenience and disappointment that will lead to me never ordering from them again.

I really like this place. I have been there several times the past couple of years and I really like their lo mein and chicken and veggies. The sauce is good and the veggies are crunchy and fresh. My co workers all really like the food too. I have not been disappointed. One of the better Chinese places in eau claire and always friendly to me.

One of the best places for Chinese food in Eau Claire. Always fresh and hot! Was one of my favorite places in college -- and it is still great. Please NOTE -- There is different (unnamed) restaurant that is terrible. Unfortunately, when you Google that restaurant, you might see my fave Quick Wok. Quick Wok has always had great food. Try it!

My friend is a vegetarian and loves that they have options for her. She could eat their General Tso Bean Curd ever day she loves it so much. The restaurant itself doesnt look like much, but the food is good. I also like that they have delivery. Ordering online is a hassle though. Its definitely easier to call. Happy eating

I love the food here, its amazing. I always have them delivery it and theyre very fast. I usually get it within 10 minutes of ordering it. The general tsos is awesome, some of the best Ive had. If youre looking for great Chinese food for a good price, go here!!

Had good food here once before. However went to go order again and door was locked with customers inside. Was told that cook/owner was too busy so she locked the doors because she didnt want any more customers. Poor poor customer service.

Just got a pint sized order of chicken broccoli from this place tonight. When I got home, I opened the pint container and found a smaller container inside with the food. Thats completely unacceptable and cheap of this establishment.

ordered food from here today, the chicken lo mein was delicious but the chicken fried rice was so overcooked, burned, and super dry. couldnt put enough soy sauce to cover the burnt taste. definitely not ordering that again!

My food took over an hour to arrive, the sesame chicken tastes very weird, and the chicken was almost inedible. I ordered fried rice, and got white rice that was just in a giant clump. I shouldve just ordered pizza.

Come here for the food, not the service! Think of a typical hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant. Get your food to go, because there are only 3 booths! I love the chicken and shrimp fried rice!

Not very good. The sesame chicken had a weird corn dog-like breading and wasnt sweet.. more bitter. rice was mushy, and veggie chow mien had no noodles. not going there again.

I go with the seasme chicken. It has a good spice to it. Everything is made to order at this spot and they make the food in litterally, 5 minutes. Be ready to pick it up fast.
