I placed my order tonight at 5:50pm I was told a half hour for delivery. At 6:40 I called to see were it was and was told a additional twenty minutes it would take!!! I asked her if I would be getting a discount for the hour and ten minutes it would take to get to my house instead of half hour and she said, no it got busy!! I said I understand that but half hour and hour and ten minutes is a big difference. She then said that I could cancel!!! I have never spoke to any one that rude before and I believe that Aarron should not work their if she does not know how to talk to customers. All we wanted was our food at the promise time and if it got busy I understand but we were told a half hour!! It is not our fault it got busy and we should be compensated for our time!!! My review is that they have very terrible customer service and you should not order from their because they will prob. lie to you too!!

I had called for a delivery and they said to deliver where i was i would have to order 15$ worth of food but i wasent sure what i wanted yet so i said id call back in a minute and i did and then they told me i had to order 35$ worth of food to deliver to where i live and when i told them they said before about it being 15 they said i was lying and then almost yelled if i was going to order something or what, so i told them absolutely not and hung up super terrible service and the foods not worth it

Ordered some Cashew Chicken & Crab Rangoons for lunch today. Have to say it was delicious! It does suck to have to pay cash but its worth it because they have some pretty awesome food and its not too expensive. I always do pick-up for my orders so I have no idea for delivery time but they were ready when I came to pick my order up. Overall I dont think Ive had any unpleasant experiences with them. :D

The saddest part of this is that I used to order from here every week with great service . now it is absolute disgusting. I am completely dissatisfied with the fortune cookie. EVERY SINGLE time i call for delivery they refuse to answer the phone. I always call during business hours. Not once have I ever g8Ben them reaso. To refuse my device. I will not call there again.

The food was less than impressive. The Crab Rangoon didnt have any crab, it was just cream cheese. The egg rolls were okay, but only had cabbage in them--no pork or carrots, they were very bland. The dishes tasted exactly the same--bland and more bland. We ordered take-out that was supposed to take a half hour, and waited an hour. Will not eat there again.

Food is pretty good but on the phone ordering, they were extremely rude and dismissive. Also they do not take cards, cash only. Lame and inconvenient. I almost considered canceling my order but I was really jonesing for some crab rangoon so I just stuck it out.

I ordered something that was suppose to be spicy... it was so BLAND! I know Asian restaurants are suppose to dumb down their spices for the general public... but wow. Definitely try the other take-out places before having to resort to this one.

I always order and pick up myself. The food is always great and always hot. Very fast. I dont think I have ever gotten bad food here. The aromatic chicken, fried rice, Cashew Chicken, and egg rolls, are some of my favorites here.

Rice was not normal fried rice. Was pink in color. The SSC had the same rice, pink in color. Very little sauce and veggies on SSC. NOT impressed at all. This was the only place in town is used to eat Asian food at but no more.
