I eat at Bob Evans all over the country and almost all are clean, well managed, and serve great food. This one however, is not. I walk in to a filthy restaurant with paper and garbage on the floor near the hostess stand. I see 5 empty, and dirty, tables just from the door yet a bunch of people waiting. I ask the server how long a wait and she tells me at least a half hour. There were only 3 tables in front of us on the list, 5 tables available at least to be cleaned, and a half hour wait. Additionally I see 7 waitresses waiting for the food in the kitchen window. Perhaps they could be bussing tables? Incompetent management.

Food was good but service sucked first screwed up girlfriends order an when they took it back we watched an heard the lady say just take the stuffing off an they took it off with there hands an tryed to bring it back then we got are rolls after we was bout done eating an the waitress checked on us once i was out of my drink an needed a refill an didnt get it til i was done with my food waitress sucked an did not tip her at all didnt even want to pay my 40 dollar bill but i did was very dissapointed with the service

As I travel a lot I eat out constantly. For breakfast usually B.E. or C.B. This Bob Evans is near home so I am there 2- 3 times a month. The service is only so-so. B.E. closed the restaurant in Robinson Twp. which was our favorite until shortly before they closed when food from kitchen suffered. The waitress Betty who was there forever came to Weirton to work. Maybe she will be infuse some work ethic into the rest of the staff. 4 stars because Betty waited on us today. (Mothers Day)

My other half and I are from Paramount California we had a very good experience eating at Bob Evans the pricing was very good the food was very good the service was excellent are server name was Billy and he was one of the best server that we have had in eating out in a long time if were ever in Weirton West Virginia will make sure to go there again

Fantastic hotcakes! Eggs were cooked perfect. Sausage patties were flavorful and browned to a crisp, just how I like them! I didnt care for the home frys. The staff were friendly and extremely prompt, even after having been swamped by a bus load of people who showed up early!

Crappy at best. You have to ask for everything including silverware. Service has to improve to get up to terrible. Several times we just got our salad and two minutes later they bring out our main course.

Not like Steubenville! Management sucks and so does service and the food. Take a few more minutes and visit the one on Sunset Blvd. Itll be worth the extra couple miles.
