I just had one of the most frustrating experiences ever ordering food.. first let me mention that I have ordered food from here since September at our new house & long before that at our old house I call and place an order with a very nasty and rude woman who should not be taking orders if she hates her job that much!!! I get a call 15 min later from a guy saying they cant deliver here, its 11 miles away and they only do 7. I said why is it that Ive been getting deliveries since September here and just two weeks ago? "Im not sure, but my manager doesnt let us stretch it that far" I said is their another brothers because I dont understand at all? "No, just us, can you pick it up? Otherwise we have to throw Away." I hung up.. and will never order from here again nor will I send anyone there. UNACCEPTABLE and very unprofessional!!!!!

The last few times we have ordered here there have been issues, we were trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but our order on Friday was the last straw. We ordered delivery Friday at 7:30, did not get any of our food until after 8:45. When the order arrived they left 75% of our food there...they apologized and said they would rush to get it and bring it back... 9:30 (we live 10 minutes away) rolls around and no sign of our food...it FINALLY shows up right before 10 ICE COLD. We call to complain, wait on hold 10 minutes, the manager was not very sincere and wanted to give us a gift card for future visits...we demanded a refund for the forgotten, now cold food... We will NOT be returning. Mistakes happen but this is not the first mistake and the food isnt all that great.

Ordered a lg pepperoni pizza and a dozen mild wings at 7:09 pm. Order was delivered at 8:30 pizza and wings were cold. The wings were supposed to have been delivered with ranch however ranch was not delivered. The wings were under cooked and mushy and truly looked and tasted just like they are the store brand frozen wings (that look like chicken nuggets) from Walmart. Had a bad experience last week while placing order with a very rude female. Decided to give them a second chance however we will not be ordering from brothers again. I hope you are able to address these issues so that future customers have a better experience

I ordered a pizza the guy said it would take 1 1/2hr for delivery. I told him it was fine as long as the pizza was not going to br cold. I told him that I did not want the pizza to be cooked now if it wouldnt be delivered until an hr he said okay. the pizza got here it was cold I called the store the guy said I could come a pick up a pizza. He said with the weather that was the best that he could do. I told him that I would rather get my money to be refunded to my card and that the driver could come back and pick up the pizza he said okay and hung up on me. His customer service skills suck.

Im a big gyro fan so I thought Id order one from this place instead of ordering it from the usual place. Big mistake. It was the worst gyro Ive ever had. So bad that it does not deserve to be called a gyro. It had 5 tiny pieces of meat on it, was so soggy that the bread fell apart and the overwhelming amount of sauce was extremely salty. I threw most of it away. Still hungry, I decided to try the pizza i just ordered and it was not as good as the store bought pizza i get. Hardly any cheese and was cold when I got it. Brothers does not hold a candle to Anthonys.

Though Ive been here numerous times before when I used to live in town and really liked this place, tonights visit was pretty rough. The one waitress in the place was trying to keep up but was unsuccessful. All the time, three other guys hung out by the register playing on their cell phones. My wife asked them for help with refills to no avail. I went back and asked for refills and was instructed to get it myself. Luckily, the food was still good. I hope this was a one-time occurrence, but Ill likely be hesitant to come back the next time were in town.

Friends and i have ordered taco salad before and it was super good. Ordered them today amd the meat was ice cold like it had just come from the fridge. Called the store and asked for a manager was told that they were to busy to come to the phone...proceeeded to tell him what was wrong with our food amd his answer was i dont know what to tell you im just a delivery driver...well thats why i asked to speak to a manager. Awful slimy salad after putting it in the microwave to warm the meat. Wont order from them ever again

Love the viarity of food. Not just your typical pizza/subs, they have wings, pasta, even Mexican. Love the tacos...but its a shame the customer service sucks! Really need new management! Ordered for delivery couple weeks ago and it took 2 hours to get our food, 5 miles away! Ordered last week and it took 1&1/2 hours, food was cold and nasty like it had been sitting around! A good manager would never let this happen time and time again!

They dont deserve 1 star. I ordered dinner after a long day at work and it takes an hour which is fine but I get food inside and its wrong. I call back get attitude and tell me it will be another 45 minutes when I love less then a minute away. Franco and the smart ads girl who answered have the worst customer serivice and they also wanted to come get the food deliver to me to serve to the right people. How gross.

Pizza was absolute garbage. It took 1 1/2 hrs to get to me from the time I called. When it did get here it was cold and dry like it had been cooked the day before. When I called to complain the manager told me I was even in their system! It was almost as though he was saying I did not order the pizza from them. Shabby customer service and shabby pizza. Never again!

Horrible. I ordered chef salad. When I got under all the meat the lettuce was wilted and spoiled. I marched it right back and requested for a refund. The guy was trying to tell me that this is how that particular lettuce looks like Im stupid. I will never go back there.

Have eat at many brothers pizza shops, the food here doesnt compare to others I have eat at, restaurante is very nice, the the young servers seen to be bothered when customer walking in. All in all still better then alot of restaurantes in martinsburg

ordered delivery. they overcharged me by almost $5.00. they have 3 different menus online with different pricing. of course, I was charged the highest. disappointed in the customer service. and servings are small. other than that the food was ok :)

GOT pizza delivered (medium pepperoni and sausage). Tasted really good, but stingy with the toppings. Arrived almost cold. I will pick up next time. Hope picking it up will cost less! Over $16 for a medium with two (very little) toppings.
