While at work we ordered food. I came into the breakroom 5 mins after it was delivered. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery and the pasta was sitting in an inch of water. When I called the manager to ask for a refund he told me why havent you called sooner? Im at work. To the water he said, "thats scampi sauce". We order from kings frequently and I told him we wouldnt be ordering anymore and he said fine and hung up. This is how you want to do business? This is how you correct your mistakes? I ran a restaurant for 11 years and first rule, "customer is ALWAYS right". It takes a little to refund one meal to maintain hundreds of dollars a month from us. I will urge everyone I work with to get food elsewhere. Id give zero stars if it would let me. Rude management, gross food, disappointed customer.

I wouldnt give Any Stars to the place of Business. But the website wont let me post unless I do give a star. I Love Kings Pizza Food in Inwood, WV!!!! The service there is AWESOME I thought they would be good here as well. Food is good when your order is correct!! We ordered as an office 3 separate orders. 2 were billed to 1 credit card, 1 was billed double the amount insult to injury 1 order was wrong and they took it back. I had to argue with the manager to have him correct the invoices. We after 2 hours are still waiting on the return of the messed up order. The manager had the nerve to tell me that my co worker needed to go to school because she did not speak clearly. Then Blamed us for the loss of their business!!!!!! What an arrogant JERK!!!

Not Affiliated with Kings Pizza Chain in Inwood WV They told me that they were a part of Kings Pizza in West Virginia. I went in and the staff was very inattentive and hardly said anything to me. The coke was watered down. The food was okay and then a small roach (which means infestation) ran across my booth towards the door. I alerted the owner he laughed and said he would do nothing. I left disgusted and disappointing that I had to pay for food that had a roaches running around it.

I am not giving this place any stars. I called to place an order and the person could not speak any English hardly very hard to understand. They need people who understand English to take the orders. the store clerk was going to take my card info without my address. So basically they were going to keep my money without delivering my food. terrible customer service.

One of the best Chicago style pizzas ever but the ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGER EVER AT WINCHESTER,VA location. He hung the phone up in my face and they got our order wrong!!!! Its been close to 30 mins and they still havent sent the correct food to our hotel!!!! Order from some where else people!!!!!!

Good food and plenty of it -- delivered quickly to the Comfort Inn where Im staying. I could have fed my whole family with the meal I got -- but Im here alone. Hated to waste any of it!
