I gave this Pizza Hut three weeks notice of a birthday party to be held at this location. I had spoken with them on multiple occasions about what pizzas and drinks were being ordered, clarifying the time of the party and ensuring that a portion of the dine in section would be reserved for us. Upon arrival, 15 minutes prior to the start of the party, the dine in section was not reserved for us and two tables were occupied by other patrons who had yet to be served, let alone order. As guests arrived, drink orders were slow to happen and plates and utensils were not readily available. Pizzas were overdone. I had to serve as the waitress to my party guests ensuring that they received plates and drinks. Several guests ate off of paper towels because plates were unavailable. The restaurant was severely understaffed and the two managers that were working did not offer any support to the rather young wait staff. Those two tables occupied by other patrons within the "reserved" section? When they finished their meal and left the restaurant, their tables were never bussed and cleaned for use by guests. Several patrons of the restaurant simply coming in for carry out orders were waiting 20-30 minutes in the restaurant because their orders were wrong and needed to be fixed. The issues that I experienced shouldve been dealt with ahead of time. The space shouldve been reserved. Cups, ice, plates, utensils, pitchers, drinks shouldve been set aside ahead of time. Staff shouldve been prepared for the party guests (since they had advanced notice) in additon to every day customers.

Well I think this pizza hut in orange is ridiculous the telephone number is still the same but now when you call it your being sent to a call center for pizza hut and when you give them your credit card number that tell you to have ID and the credit card available for when the driver gets to your house like wtf really..... How come I call down to lousia I get someone to answer their phone but yet Im being sent to a damn call center really thus has gotten very low.

I was very impressed with the Manager (person closing tonight), whose goal obviously is that his Customers are pleased with the food and service. Because I was their last Carry Out Order for the day I was able to observe the Cleanliness of the New Store, as they were closing up shop. I like the look of the New Store and have always enjoyed their Pizza.

Old! Sketchy! Dirty! Disgusting bathroom! Paint is coming off the wall. Stain is coming off the wood. Dirty air vents. Padding is gone from the seats. Grout is coming out of the tile. Employee serving food with a unkempt beard. This place needs to renovated or shut down.

Pizza Hut pizza was excellent.. however the service sucked we ordered two Pizza specials *(2 large 2 topping pizzas ) and was charged the regular price for the pizza... unsatisfactory considering it was the manager who took our order and rang us out ....

Why are places charging for condiments and little extras? They wanted to charge 49 cents for a small little packet of cheese. Rediculous. They can keep it.

Really clean, sleek and modern space. A major upgrade from the other facility. All of the employees are as equally pleasant. Normal pizza hut foods.

I personally love Pizza Hut pizza. Employees are nice. Place is clean. I would recommend this restaurant for birthdays, and parties especially.
