Love Pizza Hut, but this location is HORRIBLE! Have gotten pizza there several times and it NEVER tastes even half as good as any other location. Have asked for extra sauce and extra cheese to have some flavor or a sense of toppings on the crust, without any helping it. Decided today to try, yet again, to get the signature flavor. Ordered online. Got there and saw name on screen with just over minute left. Then I saw "ready" by my name. After several more minutes name was missing from screen. I said something and they said it wasnt ready. A while later asked where pizza was again and was told "were looking for it". After sitting there for nearly 45 mins AFTER ordering online, I asked for a refund. Manager stood around talking on his cell phone. Asked to speak to manager second time then he didnt seem to know how to give a refund. I asked to speak to his manager, he said he didnt have his number. I asked for number to corporate, he said he didnt have the number. I left there and went to Dominos and walked in and ordered and in 10-11 mins was walking out the door with pizza in hand. Powhatan Pizza Hut needs to wake the hell up or close their doors!

After placing an order online and PAYING for it; my mother went to pick it up only for an employee to run behind my mother saying you didnt pay for those pizzas...you didnt pay for those pizzas! At that point my mother was in her car with the window down as the women reached in and practically took them from her. My mother preceded back inside the store for another employee to say oh Im sorry I made a mistake in seeing your purchase online. All the manager was able to say was were sorry after embarrassing my mother in such a manner as accusing her of not paying for our food. Absolutely NO PROFESSIONALISM what so ever and NO RECTIFICATION for the incident!

Pizza was really good and not overcooked. Service was nice and quick. Definitely has the trademark Pizza Hut taste if thats your thing. Would recommend if youre looking for a quick "fast food" pizza. They seem to have everything together at this place unlike others Ive been to in the past.

Terrible quality. On several occasions we have ordered delivery from this location and either had the order lost or eventually delivered so late it was ice cold. Then when we called we received excuses and attitudes. Not recommended and will not order from them again.

Pizza is good, although a little oily. I would consider their Deep-dish Pizza to be a bit like the Uno Pizzeria franchise. I hear they also have a thin crust pizza. If you remember not to compare it with AUTHENTIC NYC Pizzerias & You wont be disappointed.

Terrible service!! didnt answer phone after calling for an hr then had outdoor light off as if they were closed!! Will never be ordering here again also managment was very rude
