I have to agree with those people who say south china is bad because it is bad. I live in woodland Washington not very far from china garden. At first i thought that south china just change there name to get more business back. But, I was wrong. I told myself to not go back to that horrible place any more. But, one day when i drive by that place i saw a sign saying : "New Owner New Style". so, i decided to go see if it was true or not. i order what i always love the best, the general tso chicken. I placed that order to go and the waitress told me to wait 10 min. My reaction was "wow that was fast compare to south china." I usually have to wait an halve hour if i order at south china. so i got my food and drive home about 7 min minute later. I was amazed at the speed they cook their food and it taste great. I would recommend this places to those who want good Chinese food.

My family ordered based off the menu on Google, which is COMPLETELY incorrect. The menu shows 4 crab rangoons for $2.75, we got 2 orders. Soup, $1.50. Again, 2 orders. Great deal! (we thought) I called to place the order. The lady was very nice on the phone. I asked if the entrees come with rice, she said no, so I ordered a fried rice for my family to share. 2 rangoons, 2 soups, and 4 entrees. I gave her the information and happily went to pick up the food. My brother went in to pay and was charged $82! The lady gave us an accurate menu, which shows orders of 10 rangoons for about $6 each... hot and sour soup (disgusting) about $6 each. AND THE ENTREES INCLUDE RICE. Be careful when you order because we got screwed.

We decided to try this place because it was only about 5 minutes away from our home. We should have gone further to a restaurant that we know is good! :( The food tasted awful! The chicken foo yung and fried rice had a taste and smell that was almost like it was burnt, but not quite...just not right. The sweet and sour chicken sauce was "gelled" rather than saucy. None of it tasted the way it does at EVERY other chinese restaurant we have ever been to. And the price was WAY too high for the poor quality. $20 for the three items I mentioned!

The egg flower soup was probably the best part, it was very good. I dont know what brand of tea they serve but it was great. All the food was scolding hot so you know they cooked it fresh. It was honestly pretty bland but I didnt really mind. Serving size was good and the meal was served quickly. Nothing fancy about this place but it a perfectly fine placebo a quick meal.

I try to give every new restaurant the benefit of the doubt, but this place was not impressive. The food was ok, but I found a LOT of eggshells in my rice. Not a couple pieces of eggshell, a LOT of them. Thank God my wife didnt get the rice, I would have never heard the end of it! Service was ok, food was pretty bland.

For the price, the food is great, and you get huge portions. We buy three dishes for about $20-25 and then have enough food for two or three meals. Ingredients are fresh and the dishes are very tasty and never overcooked. There is no ambiance to speak of, and no beer served, so we usually do take-out.

Okay, the food wasnt too bad. However, never in my life have I experienced stomach pain this bad after eating anything. It made me violently sick after eating the "general tsaos", which was orange chicken with a couple jalapeño peppers. I wouldnt recommend it.

We used to love this place but tonight they had on off night. Service was not very good and the quality of all our usual dishes went down drastically. Greasy and fatty. Im so sad. May not go back for a long time until I see some more positive reviews again.

Food had no flavor, sauces were watered down and they put the hard noodles under the chow mein so by the time I got home they were soggy. I normally save my left overs for work the next day, but thru it all out. Sucked!

Place sucks. Ordering for less than 3 people? Dont plan on it. Keep driving another 8 miles to the lucky dragon in Kalama. Youll thank me later.

Decent food. Heavy breading on sweet and sour chicken. Wish they were open Mondays. My favorite is the green beans or snow peas veggie dishes.
