First thing first, I walk inside and the place is just filthy. A worker was frantically trying to mop the floors by himself whilst taking orders from any customer who walked through the door with the manager (Eduardo) calling him back behind the counter every two seconds (to help the man at drive thru) before sending him back out there, making him do an awful job from trying to be three places at once. Next I noticed how extremely understaffed they were. There was a total of three workers (One cook, one attendant at drive thru, one cashier), not including the manager, who seemed to only come out of his office to yell at the employees for being too slow during the lunch rush. I was waiting in line while the cashier (whom I mentioned earlier) got LITERALLY pushed out of the way by the manager for struggling to speak with a Hispanic customer whom spoke little English. Im assuming the cashier didnt speak Spanish, which is fine in all aspects, dont get me wrong, but dont get fussy when he doesnt. Learn English, this is the United States. Spanish isnt our first language. Speaking of, after that man was an Asian lady and then myself inline. Right when the Hispanic man at the counter was finishing up, a couple other Hispanic men walked through the door and were served before the lady and I. It took at least twelve minutes to get to the ladys order as this kept happening. Once my order of ONLY two tacos was taken, I asked the cashier (whom was extremely friendly) why theyre so understaffed, and he tells me it is like this about 6 days a week. The best part of this experience is I received my tacos extremely fast.

Do not eat here!!!! Ordered 2 Jr jumbo jacks. My girlfriend had ordered one burger without pickles and one with extra onion. We got our food and checked the burgers which by the way were not even warm. They had left pickles off both burgers and didnt put any extra onion. We went inside to explain that the order was wrong. The lady behind the counter went back and got the cook, the woman who said she made our burgers told us she remembered putting pickles and extra onions on the burger. And told us they couldnt give a refund. Like why would we take the pickles off and go in to complain. We simply asked them what we can do then if they wouldnt give a refund. The woman told us they can make something else and that she "didnt know" what else they could do. We agreed to have them fix our food since that was the only option. Walking out to our car 3 police officers pull up because jack in the box had called them on us. We werent loud, we werent aggresive or anything. I have never heard of a restaurant calling the police on customers after they had messed up the order. Never eat here. Horrible business.

I dont know if its lack of training or these people just dont care. They NEVER get our order right. Last night, out of four burgers, only one was correct. Two orders of fries, only one was correct. The chicken sandwich was wrapped in the fish sandwich paper so we didnt know what we had until we took it apart. The ticket always reflects what we ordered but what we get is not what is on the ticket. This happens EVERY TIME we go there. We are less than a 5-minute drive from there, and our burgers are ALWAYS cold! Last time we ordered the small tacos, there was no cheese on ANY of them. We go there only because its the closest burger place to home. Spending more than $45 on an order, we expect better. Jack, you need to do something! Im thinking well drive the extra miles to Burger King from now on.

Ive gotten food at this location about 5-6 times and it has been disappointing every single time. The fries are always burnt or cold. The soda out of the fountain never tastes like the mix is right. And I have never been given or offered a receipt. Tonight I watched them fill my drink at the drive through. The Diet Dr. Pepper tap ran out of syrup. The person filling my drink dumped it out, got a new cup and then filled the new cup half and half with Diet Coke and regular Dr. Pepper. AND THEN HANDED IT TO ME DIRECTLY. I AM DIABETIC. I probably ordered diet for a reason. Dont bullshit me like that, tell me your out of diet and offer me something else. Jack is usually my goto fastfood burger joint. Well, not this location any more.

Ok, the Jack in the Box is the ONLY thing open Late in Woodinville. This means they have ZERO COMPETITION for late night drive thru customers. Every time I go through the drive thru I receive a bag that looks like it was dipped in grease. My burgers (which I ask for alterations like adding veggies) are sliding off everything due to the amount of grease. The Dr. Pepper is half flat. The fries are a cold soggy mess. And if I order a breakfast burrito, it slides apart due to the grease. I have given up on eating there all together. I love Jack and want it to be better!

Normally the experience here is not so bad... This morning, a customer was leaning over the counter shouting in Spanish to the kitchen staff. He kept repeating the same phrases angrily. Id think he was drunk, but Im fairly certain he was an idiot. What makes me feel the restaurant deserves the one star for this is how they treated the customer. He was very disruptive and they paid him no attention. They just let the problem happen instead of addressing it. I felt threatened by him and I really would like to never come back.

Seriously, read the reviews everyone has posted. Spare yourself the trouble and drive 4-5 miles to the kirkland location. Upon ordering through the drive through I change the size of my drink in my meal and I get a distressed "oh my goddd" in response... For changing my drink size. Yeah, sorry to be such a pain in the butt there. Their retaliation for me changing my drink size? "Give this guy 14 fries in his meal! Thatll show him to change his drink size again!" Its so pathetic. Absolute garbage.

This is the 2nd time Ive visited this location and the manager at the window is just horrible. The first visit my entire order was incorrect and he suggested I learn Spanish for some reason. That was the cherry on the cake. The 2nd and last visit, same idiot in the window. I threw my food away before touching it, it was so soggy and disgusting looking. On top of the fact that both time I did not get a reciept l, I will be writing corporate again. Dont bother with this location, theyre disgusting.

terrible service, I had to leave to return to work because the cashier asked me to wait a moment before taking my order, then proceeded to let me sit in the drive through for an entire 10 minutes. This was the second chance i was giving this location as the prior time i visited i got the wrong order as well as an unfinished order. would have been better off going to the Wendys down the road.

You dont get what you pay for here. Seems whenever I come to this location, they try to short me on what I pay for. Tonight they didnt give me a whole combo meal. Being in a rush I was hoping to have faith in humanity, and at least get my fast food order correct. I guess that was too much to ask. Ill never be going to this location again. Youll just be wasting your money here.
