First off, the service. The greeter/front was a chipper young man, that greeted the elderly couple in front of me quickly, and paced himself appropriately, and their special seating requests were met. I too was seated promptly. I was also acknowledged by April, my server for the morning, and was given ample time to order, and she helped me with a food decision, smiled, and helped out another waitress with an order that the other waitress had made. Something about coffee. So props to you miss. Second the food: Cooked to my specifications, no errors in it and either they got lucky, or they have a good guy/gal behind the grill. Those were the good parts, food and service. Now for the downsides: Lots of crashing and bashing behind the wall at the bus. I heard someone reprimand them and it stopped for the most part. But I had arrived at around 10, so its been going on for a bit I would suppose. Second, is it normal for them to give the check/tickets before you ask for it? I mean mine was offered as I finished, so Im not sure. Overall, a good experience. 8/10.

The only positive thing was we didnt have to wait long to be seated. The waitress was ok once we got there, then hardly checked on us through the rest of the visit. It took 45 minutes to get our food! Once we got it, the Bleu Cheese Burger was burned, way over cooked and dry. The Ham & Egg Melt was cold. The fries were over salted. No one asked how are food was, no one thanked us for coming or tried to make our visit a little more pleasant. We werent the only table complaining about the service, someone warned us while we were waiting for our food. We do not recommend eating here. We wont be back.

We should have taken warning when the parking lot was almost entirely full. It took about an hour to get our food. The server was good and friendly, no fault of his that it took so long. the food was quite good! My wife had a French toast breakfast and I had the senior mixed breakfast. the server was happy to let me make 3 substitutions. What I have experienced as a challenge in the past is getting really runny poached eggs. These eggs were just to my liking! Good sausage, too. A good variety of jam for the toast. I guess Ill change it from 4 to 5 stars in spite of the wait.

Food was bad, even the pancakes were bad. Went in for the Kids Eat Free national promotion, which this location participates in, and this location added a drink purchase requirement to the promo, which is not part of the national promo. Waitress never mentioned it until we got the bill, when we asked she pointed to a small sign up front. We asked why didnt she tell us when we were ordering, she said, "Not my responsibility." Wow. Bad food, rude staff, we will go back to Tommys Cafe down the street.

After a really crappy week and an emergency run to Frys, we stopped here for food. The service was the best we have seen in about 3 years, the food was en pointe, the restrooms were immaculate, and the environment was happy go lucky. We gave our server Tim a 33% tip and thanked him for the wonderful experience. I never expected to be able to give such a great review for an IHOP. It was a full moon though.

I Hop is a mostly standardized chain that has pretty consistent food. The only thing that really varies is the service. The food at this location was on par but the service was terrible. Waited 10 min to be seated in an empty restaurant then after waiting 15 min or so for the check we just went up to the counter. I wouldnt recommend this location if you are in a rush.

I used to love this place but its declined the last couple of months. Im wondering if they got a new manager because a business doesnt plummet like this without a good reason. Hopefully, something changes and we can get acknowledged as customers. We can be waiting there for quite sometime and still not be addressed. Ive seen people walk out before because of the wait.

Having an HVAC issue. One room boiling hot to the point I had to ask to move to the other side of the building where you had to wear your coat to eat. This is not good for customer or the staff. I felt sorry for them having to work in such conditions. What was good was the service and the food. Always love the Harvest Grain n Nut Pancakes with Butter Pecan syrup.

It was pretty Awful this time around...food wasnt hot or warm. Food had no taste,I was told that the cook must have forgotten to put an item (s) on my order..SMH..Wait staff was pretty much on point..But did not ask if I would have like something else instead, just wanted full pay for partial servicing. I can only honestly give tiday s experience a 1 star grading...

The food is great. Nice selection of pancake types, but it is the International House of Pancakes, so what else would you expect? The wait staff is friendly and courteous and the place is always clean. On particularly busy days/times, their parking lot can completely fill up, so the number of available parking spots works as a good barometer to gauge wait times.

Apr 8, 2015 9AM - Service, coffee and OJ were fine. 3 over-med eggs were chrispie around the edges, 2 had broken yolks and runny whites. The hash browns were not browned. My wifes eggs and hash browns were fine but the country fried steak looked good but the meat inside was the consistency of bologna. Not a all sure what meat it really was! Wont be back!

If I am going to pay nearly $20 for a chicken fried steak dinner with beverage I do expect to be served real potatoes. This was overpriced cafeteria food and thats being generous. The bill was over $100 for a family of 5. Needless to say we wont be going there again. I hop used to be good! What happened!!

My favourite breakfast place. The best pancakes in similar type of restaurants. Their seasons specialties are excellent too and I keep going there to taste their seasonal offerings. The waitresses are top notch and food excellent. It might take some time to get the food but its usually worth it.

Food was good. Manager was very rude and degrading to the staff. They were very busy when we were there so orders took awhile, they seemed a bit under staffed. Server was very friendly and helpful. Left her a big tip because the manager/supervisor was so rude to her in front of everyone.

I didnt eat here because the place looked a little run down for an Ihop and they didnt have any wifi. I may be wrong here but I was under the impression that IHOP were wifi spots that made money by selling coffee and reliably decent pancakes.

Food is good, right on part w/ what you expect when going to any IHOP. Service is friendly, but a little slow. Rarely ever have to wait to be seated, and when you do its typically less than 5 min.
