!!!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE... I have been going to Foode for a year now, I work not even a block away and eat here often, twice a week or more. I used to love their service there, when i walked in the girls new me by name and when I called on the phone to place an order they knew who it was right away. It felt great to be known and appreciated there until recently. Foode has gone down hill for sure in their customer service. I used to be able to go in on my lunch at 1:30pm and order my usual breakfast sandwich or turkey and havarti, but not any more and without warning. I called in around 11:35am to ask if they still had bagels in the store for a breakfast sandwich, the girl on the other end replied with only a "Yep." I figured they must be busy and brushed it off and replied with a "great, thank you see you soon! When I arrived there at 12:00pm I went to order my bagel breakfast sandwich and the girl says "we stop serving breakfast at 11" I was so frustrated because I told her I had just called in and asked about breakfast bagel sandwiches and was told yep. She just looked at me and said "sorry." I told them I was very frustrated since I had even called to make sure they had it to order there and for them to tell me they stop serving at 11, it would have been nice to have been told over the phone. They didnt seem to care much that they completely inconvenienced me with only a 30 min lunch break to find somewhere else to eat. Also, other times I have gone in and ordered lunch they will give me my sandwich and have substituted other ingredients onto my sandwich without telling me before hand. When I take it back up to them and say this isnt the Turkey and Havarti they tell me that they were out of turkey and that they substituted a different meat instead and say i hope its okay. Well of course it isnt! Instead of telling me when I ordered that they didnt have any turkey left so I could choose another sandwich they just assume its okay to put whatever meat they have available on it? Very FRUSTRATING.. They have now lost my business, especially since it is no where posted in the store nor on the website.. VERY FRUSTRATING when I have been loyal to FOODE for almost a year. I will be taking my lunch business else where from now on...

The moment I walked into this place I received a friendly greeting with a breeze of deliciousness. With a place that smelled so good, it ultimately made me demand incredible food. And let me tell you, the food was A-mazing. Cream & Sugar definitely went above and beyond! I didn’t know I could fall in love with a piece of bread, but when I finished my California Club, I wanted more, a lot more. I stole my husband’s Buffalo Chicken Wrap because I wanted to know if it was just as good. . . It was. To top it off I had a mocha and cookie. The mocha was made perfectly and with Café Vita beans, which is perfect because it’s another company who takes pride in their product. And the cookie, let me tell you, this was another example of cooking with love. Literally. This cookie recipe is from the owner’s own Mother. That is LOVE! I highly recommend visiting any Cream & Sugar location and randomly place your finger on the menu - order it - and be amazed because everything is just that at Cream & Sugar - Amazing!

This is a great stop if you are on the look out for for a quick bite before work. I come here more often than I should ( most mornings ). They have good black coffee if thats your thing but also are equipped with an espresso machine that can deliver a great Americano. I usually order a chibatta or a bagel sandwich. Right down the street from the bus stop, its ideal for commuters.

Yummmmo this place is delicious! The peppercorn turkey is the best, with pesto bread! Prices are average. Limited seating( I think two seats only) to sit...more of a grab n go.
