Went in on a Saturday night for a pickup. Order was mushy when expected to be crunchy, greasy when expected to be less greasy, flavorless when expected to be spicy and I feel sick and ashamed. Excellent entertainment though if you are about 50 years old, an alcoholic and dont care what you are eating or listening to after 8 drinks. Chopsticks is a restaurant from a by-gone era fit for the deadened taste buds from 30 years of smoking. A great place to pick up geriatric alcoholics whos hobbies include video poker, booze, yelling about young people and reminiscing about the good old days. Saw several people collecting water from a spout behind the restaurant which is a great resource, included 1 star for providing water to the community.

I dont even want to give them one star. I came here with a client. The owner was rude to her when she was specific about what she wanted. Upon completing my meal which was mediocre I found a hair in my food. The owner was terrible at customer service and took my plate and went back and started yelling. It was a black hair. I have red hair and my clients hair is red and grey. The owner still made me pay for my food. The last time we were in here we sat at the bar and had good service. For low quality Chinese Im really disappointed. I cant believe that I found a hair in my food and she made me pay for the meal Im disgusted.

this used to be a top-notch restaurant. Good food, generous portions and excellent service. About a year ago the restaurant was sold and the new owners have done an amazing job in destroying the reputation. Perhaps the worst chow mein I have had of late. Ans forget about the Broccoli Beef or the Lemon Pepper Chgicken. My wife and I will never be back. And this is after 10 years of loyal attendance of 1-2 visits per month

I have lived just 1/4 mile away from this place for 40 years. Family has always loved the food. Service needs a little love but once you get into the food, youre forget about it. Wife is sick and only wanted wonton soup. She loves it as its not too salty. Onions were a little large for her liking. Will always stay loyal to this restaurant. And Happy Hour is always a good bet, too!

The restaurant and food are okay, but you can find much better almost any other place in town. The worst part of the place is the bar. I went a few times and we were the youngest patrons by at least 30 years which was fine by us. But it wasnt okay with anybody else. All the patrons were rude was even though we kept to ourselves. And we got way overcharged for drinks.

Not only do they charge you an arm and a leg, but the food is just as grotesque as the atmosphere. I ordered noodle soup only to get translucent gravy with rotten veggies, terrible!! Not to mention they tried to charge for the food, and my waiter was drunker than a tequila worm.

I made an order to go a few days ago just to see how the food was. I had to say I was impressed. Unfortunately, when I ordered the same thing tonight; after boasting about the food with friends, the food was prepared completely different....Hit or miss with this place.

This place has fast, friendly service and awsome food. Been a personal favorite for years and one of the only places I go to eat out for Chinese food anymore. Consistantly great food, easy parking, we have yet to have a bad experience here.

Best bets, the deep fried chicken with broccoli in lemon white sauce and the spring rolls. Both are consistently tasty. Delivery has been iffy and makes a huge difference in satisfaction. If you want it at its best, go pick it up.

REALLY GONE DOWN HILL! Ordered a #4 for dinner (take out). All four items were dried out, over cooked. Must have been left overs from the lunch crowd. NEVER AGAIN! Terrible! Terrible! NEED NEW OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT!

Horrible place to take your family to! Went there and after 10 minutes of waiting to be seated no one came. Place was totally empty other the 2 people at what looked like a crack bar! Very scary place...

My go to American/Chinese and delivery restaurants in Vancouver! I have been eating here for years and will keep going back. I have had some delivery issues and a quality issue here and there.

The food is good and fairly inexpensive. I eat I. The restaurant not the bar. Much quieter, you do have to poke your head in the kitchen to let them know you are here.
