So this could be a one off experience, but seemed like the staff might not enjoy their lives, because they certainly doing make an effort to be pleasant. Mostly the guy that was at the drive through. He was kind of rude even over the intercom taking our order. Tossed us our food as if we were intruders. The food itself was ok, though the real bummer was the ice cream. It just wasnt that awesome softserve you would expect from dairy queen. My girl friend and I both got the 5 dolar lunch deal with chicken strips and frys. The chicken was decent but they only put a few scraps of frys in our boxes. In past experiences we were always amazed by the bounty of a 5 dollar box. Driver throughs are rarely a remarkable experience, but to show that you dont care certainly doesnt spread brand loyalty. So even if you dont care about your customers its still important to fake it till your make it. And that is a quality that just doesnt seem to exist anymore during fast-food.

The employees here are absolutely TRASH. The "managers" and trampy employees are running back and forth between dq and Wendys next door carrying other employees by their hands and feet across the parking lot. They twerk out in the driveway and talk so foul. For "ladies" they sure look and act like filthy little boys. The food is ok... when the order is made right. They often forget things. Most of the girls who work there have no respect for themselves or others as they seem to find it funny or a game to hit on men who are clearly taken. Its sad they have such scum in charge. The district manager ledonna is sleeping with one of the cooks and used to sleep with another one so clearly she gives them any schedule they want. The lack of professionalism and work ethic is sad. And a little fyi from a former cook I know... they hardly EVER use gloves while working in the back. This is not an establishment I would recommend eating at.

Usually I have a really good experience at this location. But tonight was not the case. I ordered a Oreo, cookie dough billizard and they gave me something with chocolate ice cream and fudge and no cookie dough. So I go back inside and bring it to the staffs attention and they tried to tell me "when you mix Oreo and cookie dough you get fudge"??? Its 9:30 at night and I dont have time to argue with them. Just utterly disappointed in the customer service.

The young woman taking the drive thru order cut me off before I could even finish what I was saying. My order was completely wrong (both what I ordered for my wife and myself). This has happened at this specific location multiple times now, or about 1 our of every 2 or 3 visits. I wish there was another DQ nearby but I have gotten to the point I will not go back and waste my money at this particular location.

This Dairy Queen really sucks, ordered their Banana Split Blizzard several times and they hardly put any bananas or fruit in them, and the one I got tonight only had strawberry in it with no banana or pineapple in it. Definitely lost my business as they dont know how anything and their ice cream is always runny.

You can not beat the $5 meal anywhere. To make the experience even better they have an exceptional staff who walk your food out to you. One woman in particular was so friendly, and helpful and made my familys night. Her name is smiley and its so fitting. Give the woman a raise she deserves it.

Although the food is good, because its DQ, the service is subpar. Ive had to stop going to this location because they have gotten more orders wrong than right. Even when I called about such an incident and they compensated me with a free replacement, they got that order wrong too!

I know - it might seem funny to give DQ a 4 star review, but this DQ has chocolate soft serve...not all of them do. Maybe youre looking for that? Also, I find the Blizzards and Sundaes better made here than the Pearl location. Reliable birthday cakes too.

Food is at least decent, staff really is way more miss than hit, generally dismissive and they seem to want to socialize with one another more than actually do their jobs. On more than one occasion theyve been closed before business hours have ended.

Extremely rude service and had to repeat the order 3 times for them to get it right. After the third time they started throwing a mini tantrum stating that they already read parts of our order. Overall poor customer service skills.

Meets expectations, not the best, not the worst. I do enjoy some soft serve ice cream though, the only problem is it is so inconsistent in the product u get depending on who makes it and what mood theyre in.
