I called to place an order to go and the lady on the phone acted as though I was annoying her. I then showed up to pick up my food and she told me the total, it seemed high and I noticed she was charging me more than listed online for their "To Go" menu, I advised her that the pricing was different. She replied " yeah I know, we dont have the access code to update it and here is our new pricing" she was handing me a paper menu. I continued to point out that I was ordering based off the online price and that its not my fault they didnt update it. She proceeded to tell me she was not going to change the price. I was fine then I wont be buying the food. I asked for her manager, and she replied he was away and would tell me the same thing. I then asked for her name, and she said "Oh you dont need that, it wont help you", I demanded her name, and she finally told me her name was "Darnee", as I walked away I said "oh you might wanna work on your customer service skills for when taking orders, when I called you sounded annoyed" she replied, "thats because I was on my break!" I shot a look at her like are you kidding me?! You are in customer service! If you pick up a phone you dont act like that! She then told me I needed to leave and she was refusing service to me! I just could not believe how this lady "Darnee" was acting. Oh when I told her well now the food will be wasted, she said no it wont, "I will be eating it, Thank YOU! " I am so appalled by this I will NEVER order from here again! oh BTW no one else was there while I went to pick up my food.

absolutely the worst customer service i have ever seen. my wife and i orderd 2 to go orders. when we got hime, the food was so spicy we could not eat it. we had ordered the food as nit spicy. i called back to ask why it was spicy so that the next time we ordered we would get it correct. the lady who answered the phone was very polite and asked if we wanted to return to exchange them. i told her no, we live to far away to return and it was not an issue. she told me she would put my name in a book for a complementary order. today, we decided to try again. i called and asked if my name was there planning to pay if not. the guy was vey unprofessional and told me my wife had cone in the day after our first order and picked up the 2 complementary plates. she did not. i explaned to him the situation and the olny thing he knew to say was sorry, dont know what to tell you..... like i said, i was prepared to pay regardless, however, after the way he talked to me and handled the conversion, i will never return. i would have given a 0 star if it was possible.

Ive been coming here off and on for many years. Today a simple mistake on our order became poor service due to their reluctance to fix it. This was a pick up order so I called ahead and asked for the 3 miss made order to be remade. When I arrived I gave them my original incorrect order in good faith that I wasnt trying to scam them. To my surprise I watched the cook pour my curry back in the pan and start removing the egg plant I asked not to be in it to begin with. I told them if they dont remake it I want a refund. They remade it but when I got home it was wrong again plus it was apparent the other two dishes were my original orders not remade. Im beside myself that they would do that. Honestly, thats cross contamination for everyone and just horrible service.

I ordered a to go order from here today. I want sure what to expect after reading the older reviews. I called around 11:50 on a Tuesday morning. The young mam that answered the phone was very polite and efficient. I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. It was hot and ready when I arrived to pay. The prices were the same as the online menu. I would Agee with some of the other posts that the portions are slightly smaller than other places, namely Arawan and Thai Little Home. The food was delicious, but I ordered it 4 stars for spice, and it isnt even what I would say mild would be. But it was good tasting and very reasonably priced. I will go here again.

Food is good. So why am I giving one star? I called for take out, picked up my food total was just over 8 dollars i used my card and left a dollar tip (after all it is take out) leaving the total just over 9 dollars when i checked my account the next day they must of felt that my dollar tip was not enough so the added another dollar to the tip. Card was charged just over 10 dollars. I know its just a dollar but the principle behind it is still the same. Wonder how many other times they have done this. Check your accounts after eating here to make sure they did not tip themselves!

Dont go here..they royally screwed up our to go order, we asked for no spice and it was so hot it was not even edible.we called and the lady said they would put our name down for a comped meal if we were willing to drive across town and try them again. 6 days later we called to order, got the manager on the phone who said i already used my comped meal two months prior..then said sorry bud I dont know what to tell ya...dont go here unless you like getting a meal you didnt order, then the manager being extremely rude!

Just ate here for the first time, which is surprising since it is just around the corner from our house. The service was excellent- friendly staff, very communicative, and we never felt rushed nor like we were waiting. The food was amazing, with great porportions for the price. While it isnt odd for my wife to take home leftovers, it almost never happens for me. We will definitely be going back. Oh, and for anyone interested, it is also a poke-stop.

I was craving pad thai and Id never been there before so I tried it. I asked for a four out of five spice dish and it wasnt hot. Instead it was super sweet which is what I didnt want. The portion size was okay, but I would of gotten more for the same price if I went to Dok Koon or Thai Little home. I will never get their pad thai again. I gave them 3 stars because the staff was attentive and the place looked good.

Best restaurant ive ever eaten at! Johhny is the best ever! Really interactive and funny! Food is seriously the best food ive ever eaten. The Lemongrass chicken, flaming beef, fried rice, garlic chicken, lemongrass chicken salad, and asparagus chicken are my favorites! And the Thai iced tea is the best ive had anywhere! We are always eating here and it has never dissapointed

The food is done good, and the waiters are friendly. However, theres only 1 waiter at any given time, and he/she naturally cannot keep up with all the customers. I was once seated next to a table with dishes left over from the previous visitor. They were right in front of me for 20-25 minutes (im not exaggerating). Id rate it lower, but the food is really good.
