Hand down The Best Sandwich shop in all of Tacoma! This isnt your run of the mill sub or sandwich shop that serves you your basic club or ham & cheese fare. This shop does it like no other, sandwiches Like the "Spike Tuna" ( my daughters favorite), and the "Turkey Bacon & Chutney" are just a couple fan favorites, they are made on 2 artisan soft rolls reminiscent of almost a flaky croissant roll, so fresh and light the bread here accents the Fare not over powers you with dough or hard dry bread that need a lot of condiments. Too many great choices on the menu to list, do yourself and your taste buds a favor and go experience it for yourself. You can thank me later. they also have frozen Yogurt as a nice dessert. if youre planning on stopping in for lunch at lunch hour be prepared to wait, they are always busy and plenty call in their orders, everything is freshly made before your eyes with Love and care.

They offer two distinct froyo flavors: sour apple - watermelon and chocolate - banana. Both were delicious. In addition, they had a small selection of good toppings which included fresh fruit. Their main attraction was the sliders. We ordered the turkey bacon chutney slider. The wait times for food can be a bit long. We were there waiting about half an hour, but it was a very busy time of day with several orders ahead of us. Each order comes with 2 sliders and what taste like homemade tortilla chips. The whole feel of the restaurant was that it was someones labor of love, very family friendly, and the service was great the whole time. No one sat idle. You could see them preparing the food right in front of you. Id love to eat there again.

tried for the first time today! amazing! i had no idea this place existed but i have driven past a countless number of times! it doesnt look like much from the outside but i found it because i decided to google delis in the area and im so glad i found them. i love sandwich places and it never popped up when googling under sandwiches before... they need like a flashing sign so people will notice the place lol... the sliders are absolutely delicious! you get 2 with an ample amount of ingredients on both. super fresh savory ingredients. they even included a small cup of ice cream/yogurt with my order for free how nice is that? i will definitely be back!! :)

Better then excellent service.. The sandwich was like a religious Experience. With each bite I swear I heard Jesus Speak. I love the place. Plus they were so great to my 2 year old daughter... Thanks I will see you guys again real soon. Every person working there greeted everyone with a huge bright smile. I had the Melon seed slider and the Mac Stack combo. Good Lord they were so awesome. Super fresh Ingredients. I would Recommend this deli to anyone that asks. Great music also...

My kids love love love this place! Absolutely wonderful customer service! The owners are so friendly and welcoming and of course I love they play Island reggae music! Its a small but very cute place the kids enjoy every time. The sliders are pretty fantastic and of course the frozen yogurt is always great! They have so many toppings kids just go crazy over but if you dont want them to have too much sweets in there they have fruits which is great for our kids.

Hands down my ultimate Favorite! I love how they can make any sandwich a salad and vice versa. If you are into a little spice....try their spiked tuna salad! Party in your mouth...every bite from start to finish is an explosion of flavor. The owner and staff are always very welcoming. And this frozen yogurt is pretty good too. But long story short if you want a salad that will knock ur socks off give these guys a try.

Quality, quantity and value are 5 star all the way. I highly recommend this nice little deli. Its a fine example of a young couple starting a business with a vision, and working hard to make it successful. I ordered the Cesar Chicken salad, and the variety of fresh ingredients was over the top... as was the volume! It easily feeds 2 or more people. The sandwiches are delicious too.

Lovely gem of a place in Tacoma! The food was fabulous and the food taste even better because the fantastic and sweet attitude and service of the individual working there. I moved to the PNW a year ago and am still discovering and navigating the food scene here, so Im happy to add the Melon Seed to my list of reliable sources for a darn good meal in Tacoma.

The most amazing food you will ever try. Food is one specially made by a local family run deli, guarantee you cannot get these uniquely made amazing menu items anywhere else. Not to mention the quantity for the price. Dont let the appearance of this little deli shop fool you. I guarentee you will be blown away by the food, price and customer service.

This place is so good. I got the bahama frozen yogurt and its so cute and so good. The sandwiches were delightful as well. I couldnt finish all of my frozen yogurt so they packed it and even filled it more for me. The people are SO nice and the atmosphere is really calming and chill, especially on a nice summer day. Definitely coming again.

Superb! I am currently sitting in this small but bright and welcoming little shop, eating a chicken Cesar salad. Which I expected would just be a simple salad. I could not have been more wrong! This thing is Art! Its huge and taste amazing. And very beautifully presented. The staff was also very friendly! Love love love

Ive been a patron of this great little sandwich shop since two months after it opened. Wonderful, artfully made food and very reasonably priced. I believe Ive met the owners and they are kind, interesting people who remember you every time you come in. I just wish I could visit this place more often.

Such a lovely place! Went here for the first time last week and everyone was super friendly and helpful. While waiting for my take out sandwich, someone brought me samples of froyo to try. The slider style sandwiches are deceptively filling, I could only eat one and save the other one for the next day.

I like the food however, if you can get past the fact that there are people smoking right outside the front door, then coming inside to handle cash and then make your sandwich without ever washing their hands or putting on gloves then this is the place for you, I personally find it unappetizing.

Slider style sandwiches, but they are stacked and fill you up like any regular deli sandwich. I had the Cubano, which was melt in your mouth delicious. Wife had the melon seed, which she said is refreshing, crisp and delicious. Awesome frozen yogurt and kids meals also.

Very impressed with this little deli. They have a large variety of sliders, with salads and soups also. I had chicken caesar and jambalaya sliders. Both were surprisingly large and delicious. The strawberry/kiwi frozen yogurt was great. Nice people, too. Give em a try.

So Mahi Thai is the option for the melon or pineapple as a bowl. The sherbert (watermelon and sour apple) or soft serve (chocolate and banana) is a great choice. Also all the food is good. It will be hot in there but that is because the machines blow out hot air.
