Husband picked up two sandwiches which I requested mine to be on wheat bread (no seeds) - they dont offer a seedless wheat bread, which I would think was a regular offering for a sandwich shop. I decided to remake my sandwich using the ham and cheese on bread that we have at home and found that they had left the paper that separates the cheese IN the sandwich around the cheese. Glad I didnt bite into it. Called to report it to the manager who responded with Ill talk to the employees - thanks for calling. No offer of compensation or come on in and well remake it correctly for you.... Needless to say, it is now off of our list if we want a quick sandwich.

Today I found out that it is a horrible idea to come to this place for the fist time the day before Thanksgiving. I came in on my 30 minute lunch break and it took about 30 minutes to make my sandwich, which was made wrong. Still THE BEST sandwich Ive purchased but the service was not very good. I asked then to leave off tomatoes and ordered to go, they brought me my food in a basket with tomatoes on it. Im just not a tomato guy. I will deffinately give them a second chance after the holidays for sure though.

I have been to this location a few times, mainly for personal meals but today I went there to get a catering meal for a friend who is ill. They did a fantastic job and got everything perfect! The ham and turkey is absolutely amazing and the service is great, I will definitely return!
