I agree, their prices at their North Pearl store DO NOT match what they charge. I sure dont appreciate that when you order a drink and it is over $1 more than what the board says. Their response was that they raised prices but that was over 4 months ago and the board is still not correct. It is embarrasing when you grab cash out of your purse with someone and order two drinks the the total is over $2 than what is published. Isnt that illegal??

Not only do I love their coffee, but the girls give exceptional service, whether you need any suggestions (& they have hooked me up w/some awesome flavors!!) But they are ALWAYS so patient, if your feeling a bit indecisive & they take the time to really listen to what you want (coming from me takes a lil time

Pricing on their advertisement board does not reflect current prices. I made a comment to the employee and all I got was "well they are not updated" she did not apologize or honor it. I have also emailed the branch manager and have no heard anything from them either. Poor customer service.

Love the staff they are typically very fast and always friendly. Good coffee as well and food options inside. Great meeting place for a business associate or even a first date. Plenty of tables inside, well lit and couches to relax in next to a warm fireplace.

Well, I dont drink coffee, but there hot chocolate was pretty good. Much better then Starbucks. The sizes of cups was hard to read on there menu. Has a nice little banquet room in the back.

Clean friendly customer service fireplace which makes it cozy with comfy chairs in front of it small amount of tables and chairs for outside lots more inside very spacious
