I have gone through this location a few times. More often than not my order has been wrong. The "customer services" has been below par. There are a few window ladies that do an amazing job but, some of the other employees seem more interested in talking to coworkers than telling me the cost of my order or a greet at the window. The coffee is ok but, does not measure to the Starbucks brand and it tastes much different. Try a cup youll see for yourself! Today I ordered two grande Americans with a Carmel drizzle. When the drizzle wasnt added I asked for the Carmel to be added after all I did pay extra for it ;-). The guy at the window just turned and asked the barista to add the Carmel. She shook her head and continued to poor drizzle in a cup and simply pored the coffee into the new cup. When it was handed back to me Carmel was all over the side and gooped my fingers and hand. When I asked for a napkin or a new cup there was no apology or acknowledgment that there was even a error. He was too busy taking someone elses order. He handed me a cup and napkins..I very disappointedly drove off. This is not the first time I have had this type of service. Last time I ordered a grande passion tea no simple syrup, add 5 Splenda. Instead I was given a passion mango, with simple syrup and the Splenda. It was disgusting. When I brought it to the supervisors attention she informed me that day they ran out of passion tea. She comped my drink for that day and apologized. So she tried to make it right and I am thankful for that. I am not impressed.

One of the managers in the afternoon (2pm, 5/14/2017) is very snotty and condecending. Not worth it - if you just want a drink and not baked goods go across the street to the Starbucks in Albertsons - they are awesome Baristas who spend time when they can to chat with you and really, that is why people are willing to pay more for coffee you can make at home.

Used to be the best place in town for coffee--which is a low bar--but the team used to be friendly and helpful and on top of things. Lately, the service has gone downhill.

This is a typical Starbucks, but it is relatively new. The staff is quite friendly. It can be difficult to access the store when heading west on 104.
