Best served Stumptown in town. The owners Don and Carissa are judges at the national barista competition every year because they know (and train their baristas) how to make phenomenal coffee in every form. Great spot to meet a friend or client, get some work done, or just enjoy a fine espresso. And order a breakfast sandwich. I talked to Stephen Hawking who said it was meta-physically impossible to make a better sandwich than the ones at Speedboat.

As I waited for my brakes to get changed at Rons front end I found this place to be very pleasant and accommodating. The staff are super friendly and welcoming!!! They have a wide selection of espresso and tea drinks to choose from, not to mention internet:) Speedboat coffee would be welcome in any neighborhood!

My go-to coffee shop! Love the staff and the atmosphere. I love spending my weekday mornings there. Try the lemon ginger poppyseed scones! They are delightful. The staff is so awesome about half of them remember my name and that makes me feel very welcome. Andy and Jade both make a mean mocha.

Excellent coffee (Stumptown), friendly staff, warm & comfortable atmosphere. Totally love this place. A nice, small kids play area (that is set aside from the rest so non-kid people can still enjoy their cuppa). Opens very early, too (6am, maybe?), which is a plus.

Well anyway, they have really good coffee too. Also breakfast sandwiches. Their location is convenient, with a drive thru. Its certainly better than going to starbucks (too strong) and or dutch bros (too sweet). Plus, I like to support local businesses.

Its a nice little coffee shop, but nothing out of the ordinary for Portland: serve Stumptown coffee and have a teeny tiny little shop with gluten-free baked goods and art from locals. Would go back any time, but wouldnt go out of my way.

Love this place. Great coffee at reasonable prices, fantastic and friendly staff, and really tasty bagel breakfast sandwiches. My only recommendation to them would be a bit better quality pastries...otherwise everything is wonderful!

Friendly staff, good coffee, it was really cold inside the place when I went and the selection of furniture gave the feeling of sitting in an enclosed porch at somebodys house. They have a really good location that is accessible.

This is my favorite neighborhood coffee shop. They serve Stumptown, prepared to the roasters exacting standards, along with a selection of pastries, bagels, and other quick snacks. Always friendly and the coffees great.
