anahua is a new family favorite for me went ther on 9/18/10 i was great the service was awsome i ordered a loco drink perfect mix i then enjoyed there hot chips with the fresh green sauce i then ordered a steak burrito best burrito i have had it was huge i had delicious left overs the size of my 10 meal was perfect the setting in this family resturant was great i went ther on sat it was so good we went back on sunday with our family if u like mexican food go to Anahua best in tacoma excellent food and service thanks guys

My husband and I had their shredded beef enchiladas. I had mole and he had the regular shredded beef ones. The enchiladas were all right. The pinto beans were too runny and a bit more al dente than I like, and the rice was just so-so, bordering on dry. Their red salsa la ked pizzazz. I added a squeezed lime to it, but it need ed cumin and garlic as well as cilantro and a bit of heat. The green sauce was plain and quite boring. Both sauces had a chemical aftertaste. The staff were very sweet, but we wont be going back.

Excellent food. But dont go here. They stole from me. I signed my receipt authorizing $10 but was billed $11.35 (noticed on my bank statement) then they also charged me an extra $5.48 after I left which I returned to ask why and he showed me the receipt for it and said it was my order too which it wasnt. And wasnt my signature either. But the receipt did also say it was a manual entry meaning someone took my card info and charged it again thinking they wanted an extra tip. Never going here again.

Food took forever which wouldnt have been so bad if it was good... Food was so cold it had to be reheated (we only live a couple blocks away) and I dont mean cool I mean refrigerated cold.... and I ordered guacamole and chips... nope got an entire Styrofoam bowl of sour cream... never going there again

Second time visiting this restaurant. Both times the food has not been good. Service is not good. This time my fajitas were burned on the bottom. The food portions were very small compared to other Mexican restaurants. I would not recommend this restaurant nor will we go back.

My family and I come here all the time. Food is fresh and taste great, service is always friendly and wait time isnt long at all. I love coming here! Be even better if they offer live music on weekends....just a thought! :) My favorite spot to eat at!!!!

If we lived in the area, this would be our go to place! Liked the flavor of the carne asada, and the flan was one of THE BEST Ive eaten. Smooth, creamy mouth feel, and not too sweet to mask the subtle flavors in the custard. Well go back.

Excellent friendly staff and speedy service. The food was delicious. Chicken was very juicy and flavorful. Enchilada sauce was very good. The chips were warm and salsa was very good, not too spicy! Wo uld definitely recommend eating here.

Ive been here about 4 times and Im never disappointed, the service is awesome, the food is great, and its very affordable. Its amazing not alot of people are here, usually quiet. I recommend the Pollo asado.

Nice setting, Booths are nice, Happy Hour Margarita $5 and they were awesome. Our Dinner was a very full portion! Nice and Friendly Staff, Hardly no wait time for everything! Will definitely come back.
