Decent. The atmosphere makes me feel at home and the servers there are all really nice. The first time I went I had the vegetarian omelet and it was very good. The second time I wanted to try the Belgian waffle with strawberry sauce. The waffle AND sauce was cold. The sauce was extremely watery and made the waffle soggy. Definitely wasnt as big as I thought it would be. Boyfriend also found tin-foil in the special he ordered. We were really disappointed that time around.

It took 20 minutes to get a glass of water and an hour to place our order. We watched two other groups get seated, get their order taken, and finish their food by the time we saw our ticket go back to the kitchen. We were so frustrated by this time we just got up and left. I will never return to this place. It was the worst service I have ever seen. We actually saw one other couple with 2 kids get up and leave as well, the service is that bad.

This place is peaceful, pleasant, simple and perfect:)! I love coming here because the staff is very kind and friendly. There is a nice little view to the lake and you can enjoy a little bird and squirrel watching. The food is very good and good prices :) Every time I come here I can put life into perspective a little bit because it just reminds me of simpler times.

I have eaten there 5 times over the past year - breakfast only - always good. Always nice folks. Great place to meet. Last time I had the Belgain Waffle - I had no idea what to expect - it was excellent. And, of course, wonderful location. Parking can be a problem if there are lots of customers there.

I loved it!!! You feel like you went to your parents house to eat. Its a large dining room setting with a great view of the lake. The pancakes were so big and thick and buttery, the ham so thick you have to cut it with a knife, and the syrup was warm. Great way to start my Sunday!

Excellent family friendly restaurant, located in Camas with a lake view, fireplace and outdoor dining. We go about once a week for breakfast and love the food and service! My favorite is the vege omelette, but my kids say nothing beats the bacon and cheese omelette!

If you want to avoid the restaurant chain sub-par breakfast then you will love Lakeside Chalet. Family friendly and an unbelievably good breakfast makes this our families first choice on those dreary Saturday Mornings. You wont be disappointed!

This little place is just down the street from me and I love to go in on Sunday for breakfast. Its an all America small town feel restaurant. Food is good, service is relaxed, if you want to eat in a more upscale place, then dont go.

Both times that I have been here the food and service has been great. They have quite an impressive menu with many choices. The food was prepared very well and tasted delicious. Will definitely be stopping by next time Im in the area.

the beef soup I had here doesnt have a right to be called "Beef". The bowl I received had but two small pieces of what appeared to be ground hamburger; smaller than a kidney bean. Wheres the Beef???

Food was good. Service was a bit slow but we were there during a rush (Sunday brunch time). The place is decorated with art that is for sale. Cute but makes the place feel a bit cluttered.
