JOSHUA SCHUETTE, what can I say about the absolutely stellar service I received from this young man? Josh is hands down the best server Ive had all year! Lets start by informing you that I have been a chef in a restaurant for over a decade. Im no stranger to being "in the weeds". When my fiancé and I were there, it was busy. When we arrived we were informed by the hostess that they were a little understaffed. and, that things were just a little behind. In my mind I personally only pictured the worst, because Ive been there... That being said, They cleared a table immediately, and sat us pretty quick, maybe 3 to 4 minutes. JOSHUA, greeted us fairly quick after our arrival at a booth near the kitchen. This is where everyone can relate. We have all had that one server. You know the type, over the top, just brown nosing for a tip. JOSHUA was clearly a professional. JOSHUA was kind, courteous, and kept every table touch succinct yet helpful and informative. Never once showing us the stress of working a 3 floor, when there should have been at least 4 or 5 servers working their full sections. Simply put, JOSHUA SCHUETTE, earned my return business, and I will be calling ahead to make sure to reserve a table in his section every time.

So let me start off my saying that i am not much of a beer drinker, if I was I am pretty sure that my review would be at least a point or two higher. The beer selection seemed to be very extensive and it looks like they had a wide variety including lots of local microbrews. The food was good but not great. I had the fish tacos and they were an odd mix of spicy and bland at the same time. Dont ask me how they did it but they did, bland that burns, not my thing. The sides were good though so I think if I had ordered something different I would have enjoyed the meal much more.

Not my favorite Ram Location (that would be the one on Foss waterway downtown Tacoma) but Ive never had an issue here, either. There are 2 locations on South Hill and this is the northern most. Their staff is friendly and professional. Their menu has a great rotation of seasonal food and brew specials. The food is well prepared, served hot and fresh. Flavors are well developed and they have just the right amount of great menu options. Ive enjoyed every beer Ive had from their brewery. The Ram is a solid dinner choice for individual or group service.

Another great outing at the Ram. Have to ALWAYS get the pickle chips..but tried the Arnadillo eggs too...whoa...those are a kicker! HUGE Rueben sandwich...with great portion of Saurekraut and 1000 Island dressing.....Steak with the Bleu cheese au gratin potatoes were amazing..Had the best service from our waiter "Austin " Definitely will come back ! Kudos to management...great fun time atmosphere.

The beer selection is good, but the food is mediocre and the service is TERRIBLE! I have eaten at all three Ram Restaurants in my area and have had terrible service. Too many young people who are too busy to converse with one another than to give good service to their customers. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you have an extra 90 minutes to spare!

Our family took our son out to Eat for his 21 St birthday! Wow we waited an hour 15 min. For a table personally think they forgot us? My husband got upset they said oh your next Sir. Four other people were sitted.?? The order was wrong allergic to onion and food was loaded with onion. Terrible experience we usually love them Ram.. Not last night.

We had excellent service. The waitress was very friendly, on top of it and looked like she enjoyed her job. She was attentive to the kids and served us well the entire time. The ribs and steak was not the best Ive had but the sides were amazing and they have home style fries and chips. Would definitely go back.

Great food, prompt and friendly service, management is very attentive to any and all customer issues, and also readily willing to remedy any problems instantaneously....our waitress for our visit was Keely--one of the best we have ever had!!!...would definitely both recommend and frequent this place again!!!

Used to be a good place for vegitarians. They recently made a menu change that cuts out burger options that were convenient. Arrived for lunch at noon and they had not prepared any veggie patties yet for the day. The staff were polite, but they seem to have lost their polish and efficiency.

Way over ambitious waiter, some one in the kitchen not wearing a shirt... granted its 30 min to closing time but its wierd when the waiter tells me all about how something taste and his experience in life when I never asked. The guy in the kitchen was really wierd too

In a desprate attempt to stay modern, they have changed the menu and not for the better imo. Portions are smaller and leaves u wanting more, not in a good way. The staff is normal very polite whish is thier saving grace. The decor has not changed in over 20 years....

Specialty beers tasted like vomit. The service SUCKED. took her 10min to even greet us then we had track her down just to get our check. We only ordered beer as she never returned to take our order again...it wasnt busy...just not happy with anything there. Sorry

Decent pub grub, Ive always gotten a Ruben or a burger. I find that the burgers try to have too many toppings and seen to get too busy to be a really good burger. The Ruben is recommended. Beer selection is all made by the RAM itself and fairly standard styles.

Excellent food. A bit pricey but the portions are appropriate. Not overly ample to where you will have leftovers but enough for a filling lunch. The atmosphere is your typical brewery with a restaurant feel and is equipped with private rooms for private parties.

Went to a rehearsal dinner here and had a great time. Friendly staff, wonderful food and a great atmosphere. Main seating area is a little noisy, but the meeting rooms in the back were silent. If youre looking for a sweet drink, I recommend the mango lemmonade!

very poor service we actually had to leave 1 time before the food was even delivered because we had an additional appointment we told the servers in a completely ignored our request complain to management but was met with total indifference never go there again

Up until 6 months ago it was an easy 5 stars. Recently service has been slacking and prices frankly got too expensive. There are so many options in the area its tough to warrant paying a premium to go here. If we have coupons or there is a deal we will stop by.

I have eaten here a few times and at their other locations too, the beer is great, the Total Disorder Porter is amazing. The staff is nice and fast. The bar is great. However, the food needs work, its good sometimes and bad sometimes.

We like eating here. Great atmosphere, friendly waiters, yummy food. I signed up for their club and recieved a buy 1 get 1 burger deal. We usually eat in the bar. I like how big it is, my husband likes all the games going at once.
