While it replaced a local neighborhood landmark, it has done so with style, a welcoming attitude and confidence. Beer choices are very good, with 12 choices on tap, the addition of full bar ( hello liquor!) and a rather extensive, Irish themed menu. The food is quite good, with hearty and generous portions at fair prices. Service is excellent...attentive and friendly and they are quite consciously trying to get to know their customers. They have seriously updated the decor, with stone and dark woods all around; the bar itself is much more impressive space and more of a focal point. Lastly, its open for lunch and the afternoons...and still kid friendly.

The Good: 1) If youre a family with kids, this is a great place to go. The menu has things kids will like. Prices are reasonable. There are lots of other kids there. 2) The food was good. Ingredients were fresh and well prepared. 3) About a dozen draft beers on tap. The Not So Good: 1) Noisy (see reference to kids above); 2) Not the place to order wine, which seems to be a total afterthought. 3) Service was a little haphazard, though the two servers were certainly working hard. There were some fairly major omissions. They needed to have another server.

Awesome little UK style pub. Had a beer and some fries. 12 taps with a nice variety and the fries where hot, thick, and crispy. Wanted to try more but my gut made a compelling dissenting argument and won the evening. If I find myself back, Id like it to coincide with match day; this bar seems to love some proper football (and that silly NFL too I suppose).

Perfectly fried food and wings. Wait in line to order. Get your drink immediately and they bring the food to your table. Outside seating. Looks like a dive, is a dive, but a dive you can eat some quality tater tots in.

Its great to have in the neighborhood, but the food is expensive and kind of cruddy. Also it is definitely not an Irish pub nor has that aesthetic. Irish nachos? Come on!
