My first experience was a negative one. I successfully placed a to go order over the phone (amazement in itself) and when I came to pick it up, I was asked for ID. Not a problem, I didnt realize that it was strictly a bar, as it wasnt posted outside. I assumed from the name "Goose Pub AND EATERY" that it was all ages until a certain time. This was still fine. When she saw my ID though, the bartender told me, literally, that I needed to get out. If I am a paying customer, you should probably be a little more courteous about this situation. Now every single time I try to place an order to go, the line just rings and rings and rings. As far as the food goes, its good for what it is. The waffle fries are awesome, but you dont seem to get very much. My co-workers regularly place phone orders, and seem to be content.

Not a lot of these old divey spots left in Bellevue. Small tap list but good beers on tap. Drinks are strong. Food is average greasy friend barfare but filling and cheap. Sports on TV whereever you look and they usually have a few options going. Staff is friendly but minds their own business which is perfect. If you know what youre getting then this place is perfect.

A local bar tucked just outside of downtown Bellevue. You can find a few billiard tables, air hockey, darts and maybe a few other things. The decor is a bit 1980s straight out of your grandmothers living room. Outside of that its a fun little spot to stay under the radar and grab a few drinks and hangout.

Absolutely awesome happy hour. $2 High Life cans make me a happy camper. If you opt into a mixed drink, bartenders are speedy, know what theyre talking about, and pour strong. Im really mad Im based on the East Coast and wont be able to come back more often.The Goose Pub & Eatery, is best.

Used to frequent the place. Loved the whole dive experience. Something changed in the last couple. But Ill tell you this now. The dive is now dead in Bellevue. If you wanna experience unnecessary wait time and overpriced menu. Do it anywhere but here. Gone are the days of 5 dollar pitcher.

I go here for lunch just about everyday. The bartender is lovely, she caters to your needs, and the food is delicious. Better then that so called "fine seafood dining" across the street by leaps and bounds. Jesus the chef makes everything the way you want it too!

Great place for decent food and no frills. Very nice people working there. Went with a few friends and I liked it very much. Will go back in the near future. Had the bacon & Swiss burger - pretty damned good. Nice selection of beers, both on tap & bottled.

We go here occasionally on Friday to grab a drink and some light snack after work. Its hard to find a dive bar in Bellevue, but this one is legit. Great food, fast service for how busy it is and good ambiance. Fun and chill place.

Some call it a dive, some a sportsbar. Its a bit outdated but you can definitely have lot of fun if you come. A few pool tables, darts and air hockey should keep you and your friends entertained.
