We were given prompt, courteous service. The young men and women were extremely kind to us, never rushed us as we were figuring out what we were doing, providing excellent customer service the whole time. I took my two younger children out on the paddle boat and after approximately five minutes, they were nervous and done. We went back to shore and I was given a full refund, zero questions asked and nothing but complete empathy. I was grateful for their grace through the entire experience. Will definitely go back with my older children, it was incredibly easy, convenient and fast to get out and enjoy the water by boat. Definitely recommend!

Super easy to rent a boat and really fun! They provide life jackets and help you into the boat. The reason for 3 stars is our peddle boat broke a peddle in the middle 10 minutes into peddling. They didnt offer a refund even though we were only in the boat for 10 minutes. When my husband asked for it, they hesitated and finally said okay and have us our money back.

once i was with my dad one summer and he rented a boat it was awesome we went completely across the lake and there was this closed off part of the lake and we found a secret island with lots of bird poop we ate grapes and we even saw ducks and swans it was very adventurous.

Its fun and convenient. My son and I went out for an hour or so last summer. It was a great day! He loved it and it gave us some great time to hang out and talk. The staff were helpful and helped us get the boat in and out of the water. They also provide life jackets.

They gave my brothers drivers licence to a man 2X the age with facial hair. Provided the managers number on a post-it (no buisness cards). Provided refund as offered by the assistant manager. Not a safe place to provide DL for collateral.

Love this place. Wish more people would skip Starbucks and come here instead. Cant beat the location and view from little sitting area. They have Green Lake shirts, hats, mugs and more.

Yea I mean...I give it five stars cause they let me borrow a freaking BOAT! I then paddled all around this lake and it was a blast! 5 stars!
