The only problem with this place is that it is too heckin good. Its getting popular and for good reason. Im a bit of a snob for real Texan BBQ and nobody in Seattle has met the mark for me (RoRo, Jacks, Cask and Trotter are meh..) but my god this places brisket is what heaven must be like. So juicy and tender. Stop taking all my Campfire BBQ, people!!

I can honestly say this is THE best BBQ Ive had. The elk didnt have too gamey of a flavour and was smoked just right. I would HIGHLY recommend the brisket. It had an amazing bark to it, and blew me away. Go there. You wont regret it. PS: the owner is one of the nicest, down to earth people youll meet.

Everything is fantastic about this place! Everything is cooked to perfection! My favorite are the beef ribs or pulled pork. The BBQ sauces are fun, but honestly the meat doesnt need any help. Game Meat is always fun too but its usually pretty pricey. Thats what you get for responsible sourcing though.
