This place is horrible: it always looks dirty, sitting area is small and tight, very noisy, and if you are going at dinner time - it is packed, dont expect your order to be ready right away. I placed an order online to pick up ASAP, but got my 2 pizzas 40 minutes later. Customer service is rude and not attentive. If you want a nice pizza experience - go to TuttaBella. At Happy hour 3 to 6 pm you can get a personal pizzas for only $5 and enjoy nice atmosphere!

Were addicted to this place. Not only is the pizza great the service is wonderful. They listen and think about what you want. Isnt that all we want? For someone to listen. I brought my parents here once and they couldnt resist putting everything on the pizza. The more the better, ya know -- were Asian. It didnt turn out that great but they felt like they got a good deal. Stick with a few toppings and itll be great!

This is one of the worst pizza restaurants Ive been to, as even though the restaurant was kept clean, the pizza is horrible. The crust on the pizza is very thin and hard, which is not very nice to eat. Also, there isnt much of a variety in pizza sizes, and thats kind of a deal breaker. Overall, Im giving it one star.

I truly think the success of this chain is in the idea, not the taste or quality. I love the idea that I can customize a pizza and tweak it each time I come in to make sure I get exactly what I want. It has always been delicious but Ive seen a bit of relaxed staffing practices that lose a star.

Completely customizable pizzas. Love it. Once I realized how amazing their mod pizza salads are I was hooked. I love the grilled chicken ceasar salad (the dressing probably one of the best ceasars Ive had) with: garlic and extra asiago cheese baked INTO the crust!

Fantastic pizza, awesome staff. Ive never had a bad experience with MOD pizza, and this location is one of the biggest, nicest ones Ive been to. The pizzas delicious and entirely customizable, and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

Great pizza, fast, unlimited toppings at no extra cost. Staff is supper friendly. Other reviews complain about "burnt crust". Its a wood fired pizza, the edges are supposed to be burnt. If you want a crappy doughy pizza, go to dominoes.

Suggestion: instead of having the two pizza makers work on all the online orders for fifteen minutes and ignore all the people waiting in line, have one work the in store customers and one work on the online orders.

Service is quick and the staff has a very pleasant personality. I always wave back when they scream "HELLO" as I walk in. Caesar salad is very good but dont expect high cuisine. Its pizza done quickly.
