We live out at Ames Lake, so Sahara is really our option for pizza delivery. Unfortunately, in the six or so times that weve ordered from them, weve literally never had a good experience. There was the time we ordered ice cream from them. We got a call from the driver on the road saying hed forgotten it and should he go back? I told him I preferred warm pizza, so he could just remove the ice cream charge when he got back to the store after getting us our pizza. The charge was never removed. Or the time we asked for them to deliver a pasta dish but asked for the sauce on the side. What we got was the pasta, covered in sauce, with the meat that should have been in the sauce in a separate container. The meat was literally ice cold (as in straight out of the refrigerator). When we called in about it, we were told theyd add a credit to our account. Every time Ive called in since to get a delivery, they cant find the credit, and tell me to talk to the owner. I ask them to have him call me (since hes never there, regardless of when I call). He has never returned our phone call. Or the last time, where we were told that our pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes. When it arrived 90 minutes later, it was room temperature. Again, I left a message with the guy who answered the phone asking that the owner call me. Still waiting for that call. The honest truth is that their food is average at best, their service is terrible, and they are quite expensive for what they have on offer. Never ordering from them again. Id rather drive to Albertsons for a $3 Tortinos pizza. The quality will be fairly similar, and I wont be paying through the nose to be treated like crap.

This used to be our go to pizza place for delivery. The place itself is a dive. Loved the pizza especially garlic chicken. Decent, but not great prices. Convenient delivery. What made it good was the buy one-get one half off coupon which they discontinued. However, what made me mad and say no more was the fact that they REFUSED to honor the remaining coupons already circulated which have no expiration date. BAD business and bad customer service in this economy.

Ordered gluten free pizza for someone with Celiac from Fall City Sahara Pizza location. It was cross-contaminated with flour. 10 days of vomiting blood, fainting and other unmentionables. Called the store to let them know they screwed up, the employee said hed tell his manager and Id get a call, manager never called. Dont order gluten free from Sahara if you value your Celiac. Red Pepper in Duvall is Celiac-safe gluten free, they get all our pizza business now.

Yes well i dealt with a cocky little troublemaker while I was ordering and he eventually hung up the phone. Pretty sad I went the extra yard trying to contact the owner, days have passed and still nothing. Used to be a great place to eat then again maybe its only when this person that takes phone calls answers.

Get pizza from here all the time. Ive tried most of the different pizzas on the menu and am yet to find one I dont like. Even tried a gluten free crust once and it actually tastes pretty good. Definitely worth trying at least once if youre around fall city or dont want to go out and want it delivered!
