Absolutely Horrible! Waitress took a long time to come and take our order. The Margarita I order tasted/felt almost virgin (after guzzling it down in one sip). Thy say endless fries but it was a hassle getting them to come back with the second batches (actually only gotten the 2). Burgers were nothing great. Honestly BurgerKings burgers actually taste better than what we had. The only thing I liked about this place was their grilled mushrooms which I loved. The waitress only took the time to hover around our table when she realized we were getting getting ready to pay. She actually half curtsied seemingly like she was suckling up for a time when she was pretty much MIA. After we paid, my husband was standing at at the table waiting for our daughter to slid out the booth when the manager ran up in our face with a Strange look on his face.That turned into a smile and asked us how our meals was. It was really ackward. When I asked my husband about what he that that was all about. He said the manager probably thought we werent going to pay. Which was still really confusing as I had the receipt still in my hand which was paid about 5 minutes before we even stood up.

These are decent burgers; nothing really jumps off the menu at you, but there are some interesting options that have opened up in the past couple of years. First, with a toddler in tow, this is a good option, theres a fairly good childrens menu, and decent fruit and vegetable options as sides, and the servers have always been great in dealing with kids. Second, there are some newish menu options that kind of open up the standard burgers for more exploration; the ability to customize the tavern burgers a little more makes things a little more interesting. Adding "Ghost Style" to the tavern burger packs a lot of additional spice, more than you might expect at a medium-sized chain restaurant. What were finding is that when dont feel like a huge production and need to go out for a decent burger and fries meal, Red Robin isnt your worst option, and they seem to be expanding the amount of choice here.

I work close by so I pre ordered the food 15 mnts before we arrived so we could have time to eat it on our lunch time. I told the guy over the phone that We would eat the food there and I gave him my name. The people at the front told us to pick it up at the bar, after telling them 3 times we had pre ordered to eat it There they sent us to a table. For pre ordering it we waited for our food for like 10 mnts.... I ordered a guacamole bacon cheese burger, but to my surprise, there was hardly any guacamole on there! it was very thinly spread on the bun under all the lettuce. After trying to get the waitresses attention she brought me a side of guacamole to put in my Guacamole cheese burger. Not once did we get a refill of water, Im very disappointed with the service at this location. The one in Redmond is exceptional.

Three adults, one toddler, for lunch on a weekday. We were seated right behind the host and still could not get service. Ordered toddler food first. It was a long time between ordering and When the adults food arrived. At that time we asked the delivery person where toddler food was. He said he would get our waiter. But waiter did not come. Mac and cheese didnt come until the adults we done eating. So we requested a box to take it away in. Waiter apologies and said he would take the toddler meal off our bill. It was another long wait before bill came, and the toddlers meal was on it. We didnt call the waiter back to change it. I didnt want to be stuck there any longer. We paid, and left. Whole mess took almost two hours.

worst RR ive been too. made me not want to go to any RR after that. took an hour for our food (i know it gets busy during lunch, but an hour???) didnt really have much of an apology either. server acted like its all normal. we left without tipping. also the cooks fault probably. how can a big chain restaurant like this one cannot manage a lot of customers?

I have eat at Red Robin from 4 different location (Renton Landing, Tukwila, Bellevue, and Factoria), out of all the Red Robin place, this one have the worst burger around, I have eat at this location for at least 10 times in the past few years and 10 out of 10 my burger nearly have no flavor and the meat patty somewhat dry.

Good spot for a burger and fries with loads of seating so have never had to worry about it filling up. Lots of burger styles to fit any taste and bottomless soda/fries. The tablets at each table can be used to easily split and pay the bill so strongly recommend to easily split payments for large groups.

Let me get this straight; the food was ok. But the service was HORRIBLE. We didnt get our refill on fries until we left. We also got a bad server. She didnt even bother to give us forks, spoons, water, and napkins. Not too surprised about the entertainment charge on the small ipad.

Red Robin is always good for food, just burgers but creative. Sometimes you will get a bad server which happens pretty much anywhere. They hire a lot of young people, some of them dont understand what working in a restaurant is about.

Great service and all, minus one star for unlimited fries refill option here - had several different visits here requested fries refill and I got 8 to 12 pieces of fries instead of 20 ish I get from other Red Robin

Tasty burgers, but its ridiculous that Im served food on a plastic tray rather than a plate. I couldnt even get a serrated knife and was offered a butter knife as an alternative. I wasnt a fan of the staff.

The burgers here are GREAT! I had the goal of trying all their bugers and the jalapeno burger and A1 peppercorn would probably be the favorites. The atmosphere is pretty fun too.
