This was my worse dining experience ever. Ordered beef with veggies with my friend and stir fried rice with veggies. My friends dish came different than ordered. They totally omitted veggies! When we told them they found lots of excuses for their mistake. The first one was: the photo of the dish ordered was "just a sample". So I asked the server: "So no matter what we order according the picture you bring us something different?" She said "yes". I was shocked. When my friend insisted on getting the dish she had ordered the server said the second excuse: "the chef made changes to the dish". Like between our order and bringing the dish to our table? I could not believe this service. The last excuse was that the same dish is on their second menu different. Unbelievable. They ended up bringing my friend within few minutes the right dish! Not sure what was this about. The quality of our meal was very poor like the service I have to say. The meal has no flavor at all. Wanted an experience and eat better than my own cooking, Nope. Be aware that at this restaurant you are not getting what you have ordered! Stay away. The customer service I believe is influenced by culture, so they get a pass on that one. Not coming back.

Ordered take out. Was not impressed, price is reasonable, but NOT worth it. The place is very nice and impressive though. So I will give then another try for dining in. Hopefully the dining experience I have in the future is nothing like the Take-out, so that I can give them more than 2 stars. Parking is in the garage, and hard to find a spot. Also the online menu is not the same as their regular menu, so it took me like 15 minutes on the phone to figure out what exactly I was ordering because the guy that took my call could not figure out the #s of the dish and or the dish name. So I recommend they update their online menu or keep a hard copy in store so they can avoid this miscommunication and frustration. This review is more about the take out. I find that some restaurants take out is NOT as great as their dine in experience. So I will never order take out here again. I ordered: -Honey walnut prawns-it tasted chewy like it was day old. -White Rice- way under cooked, and I ordered 3 servings which was more like 1 serving. -The Wide Rice noodles w/Beef - Was pretty good. -Mangolian beef- Flavor was good, but beef was very chewy as well.

I am very happy to write a review for this establishment! Since we have started going to this restaurant, we have always left very happy! We had been looking for a good place for Chinese food for awhile and after leaving a horrible restaurant in Redmond one evening, my wife and I remembered that there was this Chinese restaurant and we had been talking about trying it, so we did, and it was the best decision for food for the night. The food had always came out hot, fresh, and within a reasonable amount of time, we were amazed! The food taste amazing! The service is above and beyond, we have had several servers and everyone of them had been wonderful! I can say that the owner through his staff shows that he is dedicated and really cares for his customers and staff. The restaurant is very elegant and clean! With a good decor concept. These are just a few reasons my family and I keep coming at least every other week, we purposely travel out of our way just to go here and we will keep going as long as we live in the Seattle area

I been there twice cuz I live just exactly same buling. Food are just ok for 1-2star. Not really good. Some of food are good. Service supper bad. Thats why first I came in USA my friends told me that chinese restaurant is bad service in the world. I also called for order food for pickup at night. A guy who answer the phone just said dont have that order any more. I asking for food just exactly in the menu from the front and he said sorry dont have that sorry dont have that. . First time I was there. I was waiting for food more than hour and 15 minutes. Cuz they forgot my order. All my friends are ate done and we were talk and do some work. Was long time. Until lunch break over. My food was not come yet. My friends are got bills and get ready to leave. I asked for my order that said is coming cuz the kichen was busy and next table was came after and they left and next group came sit. So I not go back there again never ever. Food just ok and they was really bad attitudes there too.

Food was great. The duck tasted great and the skin was perfectly cooked, and the pigs knuckles were delightful. While the sauce was a little too thick, overall it was moist and not too salty. The Shanghai-style fried noodles were nice as well. The steamed dumplings (小笼包) were juicy, but the filling was a little small (not enough pork). But the service was fast and the prices were relatively reasonable. Good restaurant overall!

Placed an order for pick up, they took my phone number and told me they would notify me when it was ready. Waited 45 minutes and still nothing. I ended up calling me and it turned out my food had been sitting there getting cold for quite a while and they had just forgotten about it. No attempt to make up for it just a half hearted "its still warm". Opened up the order at home and it was also missing an item Id paid for.

The servers are nice but they dont understand English very well and the food is not good at all. The hot and sour soup I got was not well mixed and I ate a chunk of the seasoning paste which was awful! The crispy noodle was not at all crispy, it was soggy from the sauce by the time we got it. The sweet and sour chicken was so artificially flavor, tasted like I was just eating breaded chemicals. Would not go again.

Really nice girls serving at this place with good service but the food is terrible. I ended up with a cup full of chewed up beef AND chicken because it was so tough and chewy (sorry I know thats gross). Also had to wipe out all 3 tea cups because they were clearly dirty....try at your own risk. Wish I new of a good Chinese place around Kirkland/Belleview!

The food was fine, but their online ordering system doesnt work. I placed an order, left the office to pick it up, and arrived at the restaurant only to fine that they hadnt received my order. I had to wait while they prepared everything.
