I have eaten here a number of times over the past couple of years, and the food is good. I definitely like it enough to continue going. But Im not super happy with the service here. My last visit, I came in 20 minutes before closing to place an order to go and the people at the counter had their jackets on like they were about leave. They had all of the stools on the tables like they were closed. I understand wanting to get home and live your life, but there are four tables. It would have taken no time to put those up just a but later. And the whole time Im standing and waiting for my food, people are coming in to pick up orders. Its not like it was actually a slow night. And unfortunately this time the portions were skimpy. Normally they are massive, but Im surprised by how little food I ended up being served. The other occasion I was not stoked on, was when I showed up at 9 pm on a sunday night and the place was closed. They just had a sign taped to the glass saying "sorry, we are closed early" Still tasty though

I ordered food from here using the Eat24 app. First, let me say that I was happy that their beat their own estimated time of delivery. They showed up at my door in 30 minutes as opposed to 45 minutes to an hour. Onto the food... I ordered fried spring rolls, sweet and sour chicken wings, beef drunken noodles, and pork gyoza. Everything was just *meh*. The best thing would probably have to be the friend spring rolls. I would say they were perfectly crisp and just the right amount of juicy on the inside. The drunken noodles were alright. There wasnt that much depth in the flavor. The slices of beef were very good quality. The chicken wings were a small and slimy. The gyoza wasnt anything special either. I dont think Ill be ordering from here again, or checking it out in person.

Love the food! Ive eaten here many times and its always been great! Just about everything in the menu is great. Great prices! There isnt much space to dine in, its more of a take out place, and their English is limited by theyre very nice. Everything is fast! Never too long of a wait... But dont wait to get to the cashier to start reading the menu on hold up the whole line... If youre looking for fast, yummy, affordable Thai food this is your place!

This place makes my favorite thai food in Bellevue. I cant comment on their delivery but their in-store service is fast. Their recommendation is always "Zion Chicken". I get the Drunken Noodle (Pad Kee Mao) and love it. Spice is ranked 1-4 ⭐ with 4 being a respectable level. You wont have to ask for 7 or a spice rack here. If you go during lunch I recommend getting the "dinner" portion because the "salad" and rice are a waste of space :D

Bad customer service order online wait for 2 hours for deliever my food nothing happen call still nothing they call after 2 hours for address call restaurant he yeld and said not his problem and he is going to cancel my order and my lunch over with out lunch ask for manager or owner he said nobody is there and he didnt want give me the name and finally said keith dont know is right name or not bad bad bad bad customer service

Friendly and helpful staff, good food, quick preparation. We came in at 9:30pm and although they close at 10, they seated our party of 5 and allowed us to stay until almost 11. When we requested to do a wine taste test (just for fun to see if we could tell the difference), the waitresses were more than happy to play along and brought out the 2 requested bottles with the labels covered. All in all, a fun experience.

Crab Fried Rice. <- Best delivery option in my opinion! I want to say more, but I have never been in the restaurant. I only order delivery. Even though they sometimes are slow at bringing me my food, I keep coming back because of the Crab Fried Rice. The rest of the menu is standard to average.

Food is pretty good, but the service is pretty terrible at lunch time They seem constantly disorganized and have forgotten my order a few times. To their credit, they are very apologetic about mistakes and usually make it up to you with a free tea or similar.

Excellent food! This was our 1st experience at Rice & Spice. We ordered delivery at 9:15pm and they arrived within 30min. Online ordering was super easy and the delivery guy was very nice. The food was hot and delicious. We will definitely eat here again.

There is also a location in Bellevue. It is by far the best Thai I have had and I have been to Thailand, so my expectations are high when it comes to eating Thai locally. Drunken noodles are fantastic, same with Pad Thai.

The waitstaff were prompt, patient, and friendly. The food was incredible! Everything we ordered: Pot sticker soup, calamari, fresh rolls, and chicked phad thai, was fantastic. We will be back.

I like the Red Curry Chicken combo. Great spice combination! Seating is limited as they tend to cater more to to go orders but there are some seats inside and tables outside.
