DO NOT EAT IN! My husband and I heard they had amazing pizza and gave it a try. We ordered a beer, cheesesticks, a pizza and chicken parmesean and left there spending almost $60 (thats WITH our 15% military discount!). The meal left much to be desired. The "homemade lemonade" was nothing but lemon concentrate and water (tasted very bitter, not yummy!), The "salad" had was very small, about a full cup with one tomato slice, one cucumber slice and at least 4 TB of olives. We paid almost $1.00 apiece for 8 cheesesticks that were very soft...no crisp to them...The chicken parmesean was dry and had very little flavor, a little fresh rosemary or basil would have really given this dish some shine for pennies! The only thing this place has going for it is the pizza. It is overpriced but very tasty! Please take my advice! DO NOT EAT HERE unless you are ordering pizza....these days people are killing themselves just to keep a job, there is no reason to waste your money here when you have a good place like Angelos pizza and pasta around the corner (a hole in the wall joint that has been there almost 20 years and far surpasses the quality at Amantes).

Two weeks ago, my wife and I went to this so called restaurant and had a very awful experience. The Food was terrible After paying the bill, I spoke to the owner about the food. He acted liked he was in shock over what happened. He invited us to come back and not only would we enjoy a meal at his expense, but he would prepare it himself. Tonight, we returned to partake of his offer, believing that we were going to enjoy a meal that was prepared by the owner himself. This did not happen. The waitress spoke to the owner and he told her to give us two free pasta dishes. The meal once again was terrible, and 30 minutes after I got home my stomic was so upset, I had to throw up to calm it down. My wife and I will never go back. A lying owner and bad food is not a good combination for success.

The gyro sandwich was great but I thought the pizza was really bad. It was very dry, little sauce, overcooked, very hard cheese on really thin crust so Im not sure what I was paying for. Ive never had crunch pizza that I had to ask for sauce to dip in so I could wash it down. There was only a little bit of meat and toppings around the edge and nothing in the middle, and that was on an extra large for $26. Is this part of the recession or this how they do pizza? When the waitress was asked why there was so little toppings she disappeared for fifteen minutes and then only came back to drop off the check and walk away quickly. My kids told me next time theyd rather go to Round Table or Pizza Hut and I agree.

We live practically next door. Our pizza arrived in a little over an hour and it was COLD. They told us it would be 30-45 minutes. We ordered the Amante Special thin crust and it arrived cold with the cheese and toppings completely fused together so when you went to grab a slice you basically pulled only the crust, with all the toppings still fused together, and the crust was limp, floppy and soggy. It was not crispy. Again the entire thing was cold. The cheese should be hot and melty and the toppings shouldve been hot as well! I will never order from here again. Completely unacceptable!

I originally gave one star, but then I got in contact with the store AFTER they closed and they were so understanding and helpful. I received the wrong order in my delivery and was furious but I looked up the phone number and they are willing to replace it with whatever can be cooked with the oven (so instead of pasta I am getting pizza) Im about 8 months pregnant so Im a pain right now, and I cant believe the amazing customer service I received from them! Im so happy with this place..even though mistakes happen the best customer service is fixing them. I definitely recommend this place!

Ate here for the first time. It was only okay. Our waitress was friendly. Antipasto had very little meat, but creamy Italian dressing was good. Minestrone was mostly pasta with very few beans or vegies. My husband was brought a different meal than he ordered, but the salmon fettuccine he got was pretty good, but needed more sauce. I had beef cannelloni, but it did not taste like beef...quite sure it was a sausage filling. Restaurant was quite cold... ceiling fans were on. We were moved to another table, but it really didnt help...maybe offer to turn the fan off over our table?

I have been there many times with my family and each and every time has been a treat! The people who work there are friendly and remember you if youre friendly back and they appreciate your continued patronage. To me, pizza is pizza. This place, Vinces down the street, or even Angelos over on NE 4th, pizza is always good and tasty. What makes Amantes stand out is the spectacular customer experience and the very comfortable, soft atmosphere on the inside.

Update: Wow they called me and apologized and gave me a credit. I like that, like I said serves is great! Old: Not all Amante are created equal thats for sure. I got a Greek salad how hard it that? The serves was great! I got a to go order. Salad did not seem fresh and the feta cheese was soggy and about 5 bites into it I was thinking is this going to make me sick? Probably not but just couldnt continue to eat it.

I ordered cheese manicotti and a side salad. The manicotti was delicious, I especially loved the sauce. The basic salad was good, lots of fresh lettuce w/olives, cucumber, tomato and dressing. It also came with a side of garlic bread. My SO ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich and fries and said it was tasty, and that he liked the cheese and barbecue flavors together. Yummmm.

Great salads, good Pizza, Good and simple pastas. This isnt the most amazing Italian restaurant but its pretty damn good and constantly pleasing. You always get what you expect. Price is good deliver takes awhile but It delivers far me and my bf order the cheesy bread, and pasta and avocado salad allot! And we love it!

Amantes makes really good pizza and weve had them deliver twice now and they never take more than 40 minutes to show up. The delivery guy is nice and always has some packets of parmesan that he offers us even though we dont need them. If your in the Renton area and want some good pizza, this is the place.

Yea great food but all the sudden they decided to stop delivering to my home, horrible service my favorite pizza place all the sudden tells me yeah we dont want to go to your house . 1 star thats what you get! Delivery to my house and Ill stop my Facebook friends from rating you guys one star as well

Pass! Great portion. Ordered the fettucini alfredo and got a Caesar salad on the side . It needs salt and pepper and a salad is a salad. It was delivered and I placed it on the plate. See the picture. I did not see the decor so I just put good.
