I ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza (two large) for takeout. The time was 4:30 p.m. during the week. The restaurant had 3 people in it that were all sitting at one table. So the restaurant was empty. I should have looked at the pizza before I left the restaurant. It was burnt. The crust had all dark brown around the sides. There was no cheese to speak of because it was all dried up. The cook had obviously forgotten about my pizzas even though the place was empty. They got away with it this time but they will never get my business again. It was a disgrace that they tried to pan this off on me when it was so obvious it had been forgotten about. Seriously burned and dried out. Parents were in town visiting otherwise I would have driven straight back to Bellevue with this pizza but didnt want to cause a fuss in front of parents. There is no excuse for pulling a stunt like this.

The only reason I didnt rate this a 5 star is because we had a sna fu with our order. But the waitress and Manager made it right and kept us up to date on our orders status when it was realized it had fallen through the cracks. We had a pizza, it was cooked perfect, the flavor was amazing....nothing I can even try to compare the taste to. Then if that isnt enough we had dessert. It was just a hot fudge sundae but OMG, fresh pecans on top of whip cream and super ice cream it was so good. I was so stuffed and I never.....and I stress never over eat. But tonight I did. Thank you guys. I would recommend the Bellevue CPK to everyone!!!!!

The food was decent, the parking was free (just make sure to tell the host), but there werent many people here when we visited, and our server seemed very distracted. I dont know what else he was working on, but he forgot to drop off our check and didnt check on us much. Also, the crust on the pizza was very hard to chew. I dont know if thats normal because this was my first visit, but it made a very poor impression.

Was a little disappointed with the restaurant recently. Now theres almost no pizza options. They seem to be moving into more traditional entrées instead of sticking to what they were know for. I dont go to California Pizza Kitchen for pasta! The Pizza itself was also not amazing. They seem to be too focused on trying to make special gourmet food, not caring if the flavors work out.

Food is great! Service very good. Unfortunately, its a very loud environment, making conversation challenging. A tip if this is tricky for you, as well, is that their outdoor dining area on the side of the building affords a quieter environment, and an interesting view of the community pathway through downtown Bellevue.

We sat outside for twenty minutes and didnt even receive water!! The waiter just kept on walking by us without even acknowledging us. So we got up left and walked over to the cheesecake factor where we received service right away. So very poor service!! Never will go back to The bellevue one.

Every time I go here the food is uninspiring, bordering on bland... and somewhat expensive for the area, and certainly for the food you get. The visual time warp to the late 1990s is amusing, but in all honesty I only go back on rare occasions because someone really really wants to go.

It was super busy when I stopped by, however the staff were pretty quick on refills. They seated me quickly and checked up on me often enough to be helpful but not annoying. The pizza was pretty fantastic as well! I definitely make a point to stop by when Im in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised by this chain restaurant when I went here recently for lunch. They had a pizza and salad deal for like $10 which I thought was fair. Tasted pretty good. I would come back here for lunch. Not sure what their dinner pricing is like.

Its a chain, you cant really expect bowl you over awesome pizza but still a good place to get together and have something to eat in downtown bellevue. This place gets SUPER busy to be prepared to wait, especially on the weekends and during the holidays.

I ordered 2 pizzas for take out. One pepperoni and one works. My pepperoni had 5 pieces of meat and my works had none that i could find and both under cooked.I have to say its the worse pizza I have ever had in my life. I will not be returning

I remember CPK in Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego. It was great! Good service, even a little bit fancy... This location is nothing like that. Its almost like Dennys. Average food, average service... Just super average. What is up with that?!

Nice ambience & good food. Can be better. My appetizer came out cold & I believe my server heated it in microwave or oven instead of replacing it. Pizza & other entree came our hot, maybe coz my appetizer was sub-par. Pizzas are delicious.

This is one of our family favorite and the staff and service is awesome. Some of our favs are thai crunch salad, split pea and barley soup, mediterranean rolls, pizza and dessert. Miss the cofee as they stopped serving...

Just awesome. Every ingredient is fresh and tasty. I dont eat foie gras but it was really good and rich. A must go if you are a food connoisseur or just love exotic and fancy foods. 11 courses will definitely fill you up.

Had a great roasted garlic pizza here. But our favourite part of our meal here was our lovely server named Tiff. She gave us excellent service and very intellegent conversation. Along with her Aloha Spirt!! Malaho Tiff!!

Went here with coworkers for lunch. We tried to order family style and I think the portions couldve been for individuals. In my opinion, CPK is overpriced and small! But it tastes good... so theres that.

This is a great place to go with friends! Its very casual and the waiters/waitreses are great. The thin crust is the best... dont pass up a chance for pizza by only ordering salad or something else.

Drink at lunchtime was not made by bartender correctly. Validated parking 2 hes free, just remember parking space number and report it to the host. Great Food. Little pricy/spendy for pizza

I ordered a Thai Chicken Salad for takeout. It was ready in about 5 minutes and packaged nicely with plenty of silverware. The food was good and satisfying. The price wasnt bad either.

Every once in a while, we just want one of their pizzas. I cant say that these are the best pizzas out there, but even average pizza can fill a niche. Mostly happy with the service.
