After over a year of giving this establishment the benefit of the doubt I am DONE!!!! My first experience in this shop Dallas dropped my drink (Iced Raspberry Redbull) through my car widow all over me. I was beyond blown away, took her rude apology, a roll of paper towels and left. Given my employer frequents this establishment for our office coffees I decided I would give Dallas & The Coffee Bear the benefit of the doubt on her integrity and although she is condescending and rude Ive told myself it is a matter of convenience to frequent... After this morning I will not being going back. Monday 10/3 the hot drink I ordered was cold, when I called to express my concern Dallas knew immediately it was my drink, giggled and stated she would put a few free drinks on my account to make up for it. This morning 10/6 when I arrive she named my drink at the window, smirked and proceeded to heat the almond milk up to the point it smells burnt, after allowing it to cool and sipping it the burn taste is beyond drinkable! Not to mention when the cashier rang my drink and muffin top she stated my total was over $6 I evened out my total on the receipt giving one last benefit of the doubt and then was told when I handed my slip back that I am half way to my 3rd free drink.... I asked why she didnt use my free drink "coupon" and she stated I could use it next time and laughed! Beyond disgusted with my drink, the service and the fact time and time again I assumed Dallas not only had integrity but some sort of ethical conscious. I will be researching local establishments that may be a little further but hopes not even my employer will support this business after today!

My office is just up the road and we come here every day to get coffee. Heather, the morning weekday barista is awesome; she always remembers our order and if I forget to write something down on our list - decaf instead of regular or something - she remembers. Shes saved my bacon a couple of times by remembering details like that. Ive never had a bad experience with this coffee stand, with any of the baristas. If this is on your way, I highly recommend stopping by. Also, they have white coffee, which is delicious and my favorite drink ever!

This is my favorite coffee shop. I drive from Gig Harbor every morning and pass by work to get coffee here. The coffee is perfect every time (Im super picky since I made coffee for 6 years during college). The girls are always very sweet as well. Great customer service! I just wish you sold drip coffee for when Im home. I need my coffee on the weekends!!!

Great baristas. Very friendly, and make amazing drinks based on personal tastes. Great coupon system so cards arent lost (In their computer) and paper wasted! If you see a long line, do not drive off, this place is worth the wait. Family atmosphere.

Daphne and all the staff are always so friendly, and the coffee is the most flavorful stuff around! I recommend a 24-ounce iced Americano with white chocolate and cream. Good job guys!

Cute little shop. The workers here are always friendly. Sometimes need to ask for whip on things, but otherwise, its pretty good. Convenient being the only coffee hut nearby.
