If you have 18 minutes to make an iced white mocha when there arent customers waiting still dont waste your time. My team came in at 7:30 coffee on average took 10+ minutes to deliver. There were 6 drinks made in that time. I ordered a breakfast burrito since it took 18 minutes to get my coffee at 30 minutes I asked where is my food, I was told they hadnt started it. They offered me a pastry, but I had lost my appetite from their foolishness. I had already been warned they were untimely by a peer. If you are going to be a boutique location great but 18 minutes, for 6 drinks. Guess thats the reason I frequent Starbucks.

The gals at the Kent location always greet me with a cheery hello as well as an equally cheery "see you again" when I leave. Fantastic mochas made with cocoa (if you ask) instead of pedestrian Hershey Squirts. Loyalty card earns me a free drink for every 10. Delicious hot panini sandwiches and scrumptious treats when I feel like rewarding myself. Comfy chairs inside, patio chairs outside, and a drive-through if Im feeling exceptionally lazy. Ive tried other brands when out and about and usually come away disappointed. Ill wait for my Urban Timber mocha!

Pretty good coffee - better than the most popular one in the area...Im a Peets guy and since thats near impossible to find here (I know of only one so far and thats in downtown Seattle, hence ordering beans) this might just be growing fave. Havent been inside so far, drive-throughs very convenient. Great, friendly, service.

Attractive interior, creative panini names, friendly service, and decent prices. We ordered a mocha, it had a good balance of coffee and chocolate. Would definitely visit again if in the area.
