Pretty decent coffee, and the staff are very friendly. I like the two-lane setup. I am giving them three stars because their coffee is decent, but not great. I have noticed they dont check their shots before pouring and are not always saving the shot. My suggestion for them is to consistently save their shots (they should know what this is and how to do it) and checking the shots to ensure they are properly layered before pouring. These two small things take only moments with each drink and I am certain this would bump the taste of their coffee from okay to great.

If I could give zero stats I would. I asked for a coffee that is normally blended but asked for it hot, twice and my roommate told her that they were both hot. The barista made it blended anyway and when we told her that it was supposed to be hot she immediately said that it was always blended. She made it again and gave me mostly foam. I will never go back there. Say what you will about Starbucks but they will at least make your drink the way you like it without trying to get revenge.

Me and my boyfriend stopped by for the first time and got the caramel macchiato and green apple caramel and it was delicious very satisfied good service and the girls were nice and fast which was awesome ! Best place ever been! Will be coming more!

Besides the delicious, excellently made, and high quality coffees I have had here; the baristas add to the experience. The baristas are always warm, friendly, outgoing, informative, and delightful. My family are proud customers of gravity.

Stopped for the first time on Wednesday and stopped by again today. Ordered a blended WC mocha BOMB!! All 16oz of it. Customer service is awesome the ladies are all super nice. My new favorite coffee stop.

Great staff, amazing service. Ive tried their top drinks and asked about a suggestion so one of the ladies told me about the white on white with english toffee. Now that is ALL I get!

Good coffee and really good service!! Stoped by here a few times before work around 8am and got my coffee faster then you can can get at any Starbucks around that time of the day.

We ordered one regular and one decaf they did not mark which one was what. I am prohibited from drinking coffee, so I didnt get any drink at all. Fix this or we wont be back.
