My friend and I went to this Starbucks around 8:20pm today. While we were having our drinks in the store, I suddenly started to cough nonstop. After couple minutes later, my friend and other customers in the store started to cough as well. I went to the cashier and asked him if they were cooking something in the back and pointed out most customers in the store were coughing as well as myself. The cashier answered: "Really? Coughing? I have been coughing whole day. Maybe its because of next door is cooking something" without any eye contacted and care about other customers coughing condition. The next door is health food store. I cant believe what I heard from this cashier and very disappointed by the attitude of this member of Starbucks. Hopefully, Starbucks can train their employees with customer service and care concepts, because these are the most important factors to keep customers.

Hi there! I stopped through this location on my way through Washington on Saturday 06/10/2017, around 10am and was blown away by how friendly and accommodating the staff was. As a former Starbucks barista, I can relate to the stress that sets in when you have a line 30 drinks deep, and the staff not only maintained their cool, but had the place looking spotless and were incredibly friendly to every customer that they interacted with (me included). The barista at the bar didnt even bat an eye when I asked to have my water bottle filled (and a large bowl filled for my pooch), even though I knew she had a line of drinks to get started. My drink was also incredibly SPOT ON! These gals definitely deserve all the kudos and stars! Thanks yall!

This Starbucks is by far the worst in Federal Way. The drive thru is painfully slow and I found out they only count the time you wait in line from when they take your order not how long you actually wait, I waited 18 minutes once! For coffee! Ugh! They also have even worse service inside! The guy at the counter taking orders took off when it was my turn to order. He started doing other things like making coffee and asking other staff members what he could do. Good lord this store needs training in what the do on a day to day basis and customer service skills. I am not going back to this store EVER! Love SB but seems like they will hire anyone these days.

Good drinks bad service. Seriously so uneducated about what they serve its rediculous. I asked if their new sangria tea had any caffine in it and she said there is no coffee in it. I said no thats not what I meant. I asked again is it cafinated and she said again we dont put coffee in it maam. I said nevermind fine Ill get a 16oz with one last question. She said ok? I said how many **grams** of sugar are in that? she looked at me and said 4 pumps... its 7:30 pm and I cant handle this... I just want something cold, fruity, non- caffinated and low sugar without 2 shots of stupidity.

Our 2 drinks were very watery with no flavor. I called in and they said they wrote down my name for replacement drinks and to come by whenever for them- when we came by they said they dont have a list. The lady said she had closed that night and didnt have a call like that. This was after we stayed in the long drive thru line for 10 minutes. They didnt believe us so we left without our replacement drinks . Very disappointed in the product outcome and customer service

Im a regular customer for about 8 years. The biggest problem with this location is the homeless people who come here and the stupid people who work here dont get them out of here. This is always been a very busy location but its always difficult to deal with the people they have let sit inside and harass people.If you enjoy talking and smelling homeless people you have found a very good place.

My friends post this morning on facebook was this - When u go to starbucks at 5:30am order a hot chocolate...Once I get to the hospital its just warm milk....Im one pissed off mom. She when back and took the drink as she got it and they dirent even give her a new one . They just lost me and her as customers and im telling a few more friends never going back to this location.

Not a satisfied customer!! I have always gotten the same order for the past year and it has always beenjoy so good. Just a few weeks ago my ice coffee hasnt been how it always tasted!! I feel like the Baristas dont out enough pump of what I order nor do they put extra cream when asked. THEY ARE DOING A POOR JOB. I AM NOT GOING TO THIS STARBUCKS ANYMORE!!!!!

While the Starbucks along 320th usually get cleaned out pretty early, this starbucks seems to have a better selection. heaven forbid you dont get straight out of bed on sunday and rush to starbucks to make sure you get a breakfast sandwich! this one is better for us afternoon coffee drinkers that would still like to have a snack

I keep trying to give them business because the location is great, but it seems like I always end up taking to their least helpful, least respectful, least caring drive through person. Id like to say its just one, but its every time. Ill drive out of my way to go to another Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks ever. Sooooo slow. Waited for 45 minutes in line. And dont even get a free drink. I cant believe Starbucks even allows this. I would avoid this place and drive 45 minutes further just to have better service. And it would probably be quicker. I hope Starbucks does something about this.

Brew daily is awful everyday, Frapps never mixed correctly. Only special hot brews were good. This is from multiple weekly purchases. For a long period of time. I believe this place small but too busy, must be why everything taste so awful. And expect to wait a long time, you best believe a line.

Its a Starbucks. So you know the coffee will be excellent and you know you can buy a little niblet of tasty, but arguably overpriced, food in case youre hungry. What you may not know is that this location gets packed. PACKED. At all hours of the day. I dont go here much for this reason.

This location is steadily evolving. First visit was a rough one with no eye contact from the staff and fruit flies everywhere (this was 2 years ago but it sticks with me to this day) the past several visits offered a cleaner environment, friendly staff, and correct orders! Yes!

I asked for a classic chai and not only did they give me a chai latte with a bunch of extra sweetener but they screwed up the price and tried to charge me for it. The whole mix up took 20 minutes to fix.

Very fast through the line, however customer service could use a bit more emphasis. Once got an ice tea here that tasted like mildew :/
