If you are a patron with disabilities that require use of a service dog I do not recommend going to the establishment. I was harassed and had my rights grossly violated. Not only was I accosted by one of their waitresses I was told to leave for refusing to provide her with my dogs service registration. The owner did not stop this serious maltreatment instead he instructed his staff to continue violating my rights, saying the health department is going him to. I called the health department, they have no record of contacting the owner regarding a dog in the bar not would they ever require proof of a service dog because it violates the ADA. Now tonight I was harassed again for the same reason. I am absolutely appalled by how I was treated. My service dog was never at any point a nuisance nor was she ever outside of my handling. They had no right to treat me the way they did on any occasion. After coming to this bar for two years with no problem, I find myself disgusted at the thought of coming here again. I just recently came under the realization that I could benefit from a service dog, I never would have expected to be treated so horribly with all the rights and laws there are to protect me.

After first stepping foot into this putrid hell hole you notice the incompetent bimbos working at the bar. We ordered a long island ice tea after sitting for 45 minutes and not receiving as much as a nod. The drink tasted like watered tequila, decided to order a pitcher of bud light after receiving it I noticed it was odd there was no head? It tasted like watered down flat beer, asked the waitress about it and she insisted it was normal? I know what bud light tastes like but apparantly this is an alternate universe where all beer has the carbonation of warm well water. Ok drinks are not their specialty how about some fries, ordered regular fries and received cheesy fries drowning in fake bacon and green onions. Typically I am very understanding of complications and give people the benefit of the doubt but when you approach someone with a complication and they deny all problems and proceed with a condescending remark there is no hope. To make a long story short I will be sure that me or nobody I ever meet willingly visits this pathetic excuse for a bar and restaurant.

ITS ILLEGAL TO NOT SERVE WATER FOR FREE. THE OWNER IS SERVING ONLY WATER BOTTLES FOR $2 A POP SO THEY DONT RUN OUT OF GLASSES. I used work at Renton Cheers. I know whats expected. Horrible service as soon as I walked in. Its fight night and all the girls are standing at the door talking to each other about hair and makeup and not acknowledging us. Bouncer is a DOUCHE and an idiot. They dont have their specialty drinks on the menu anymore? Have you not seen a single episode of bar rescue? The bathrooms are done with slate tiles. Slate tiles are only meant for floors. Rookie mistake. The guys bathroom looks like a truck stop bathroom. All the toilets in the girls bathroom are at a diagonal. Am I in time out? Ahli (owner) is so cheap he removed the shades in the windows instead of replacing them so the customers who have sun in their eyes that paid to view the fight cant see anything. Waitresses standing in entry goofing off not noticing that Modern Family is on all the screens instead of the ppv fight. Are you new? GTFOOH!

worst service every!! took over an hour to get a menu and than longer before we gave up on trying to get food and drinks and left. wasnt busy all the waitress where just gossiping over by the kitchen, 1st time i ever had to leave a $0.00 for a tip,also all the booze taste off water down and such, than left and went across the street to the rock and got more service in 5 mins than the whole time we where at cheers, and the bar was busy with only one person working who was able to keep up with all his tables and even have time to stop at tables and talk with his guest, later that night left the biggest ive every paid at the rock telling them how amazing the service was compared to the cheers, will never go to cheers again worst bar or establishment in general ive every been to in my whole life!

Great place to watch the fights...been going there with my spouse since it converted from the KEG. Its great that it has a side for under 21 also to bring along family that wants to go. Great Cheesy Fries, Cobb Salad is amazing...and most anything Ive tried is solidily good. Good value for the $. They dont mind that we show up 90 mins before the fights and stay all the way through. Theyve always taken great care of us. Yes, theyve been changing staff as of the last few months...but even those are coming along. For those impatient people...take a chill pill and give the newly employeed a chance to earn their way....you were there once and someone could have easily given up on you...hopefully they didnt! Try it and enjoy!

We came into a almost empty bar and were greeted quickly, but thats where it ended. After that we almost couldnt get drinks the bartender did not acknowledge us. The server seemed to be working the kitchen and whole bar eventually after 45 minutes of waiting to get 2 drinks we asked for the tab. It was $22.00 I gave her $30.00 and said I wanted change for a tip she went back to the kitchen and wouldnt come out after ten minutes I left. This place is a joke she didnt deserve a tip but figured it was owed to her. this wasnt the first time I have experienced this but figure I would give them a try. NEVER AGAIN STAY AWAY. After this I would cation bar rescue not to try

There should really be nothing on the menu besides burgers and bar food. Ordered chicken marsala. After 1 hour we received our black lettuce salads which we didnt eat. Then the entrees. They actually served us broccoli that was not cooked at all. Like they pulled it out of the tub at the salad bar. The chicken would have been better if they slapped a hungry man out of the microwave on my plate. The waitress was nice but she new she was serving crap and made no attempt to at least take the salads off the bill. Anyways the place is fine for some beers and pay per view but thats about it. . .5

Well well well...where should I start?! Oh yea...ms. Ashley our server..pretty much sucked. In smaller words. We ate before we came basically because we learned our lesson in the past about their poor service. And their disfunctional, un experienced, RETARDED staff (except Stefani )The only reason why we came was because they are the only bar that has a free cover and has the fight on for Free. If it wasnt for Stefani or the owner, we wouln; be here at all. HEY OWNER!!! HIRE A NEW STAFF!!

Uh oh!, just went there tonight 3/5/2013 ~5:20, no Ashley, that is for sure! My sister came in, no assistance, after i mentioned she would be following me in. She sat in the quiet area & the waitress never even gave her a menu. ( after we had 2 discussions right in front of the bar/entrance.) Either the gal needs more help, or when ~8 guys are in the bar, she needs to be reminded to help women too. :( Very disappointing.
