We adore this restaurant. The food is always fresh, delicious, and seasoned with clear expertise. The pizzas may be a bit more expensive than other places, but they are worth every penny. Every ingredient is chosen and sourced with care and intention, to the extent that they import their flour direct from Italy. Their wine list is great and priced incredibly well. The real icing on top of this place is the service. We dined at La Gitana this evening, celebrating our anniversary, and had the distinct pleasure of having Taylor as a server. He helped us pair a wine with our food with so much genuine care and commitment to the product. He exudes a dedication to the restaurant and the experience of the diners that is so obviously real and natural. Taylor truly made this evening one to remember. Eat here. Seriously. You wont regret it for a second. Make sure you make a reservation (which is easy to do online) - its not always required but is helpful both to you as a diner and to the staff. Thank you La Gitana, and Taylor, for everything. We will most definitely be back.

We had lunch today and although we have been there before and enjoyed the food very much, today the service was HORRIBLE! The waitress was very cold to us and seemed to have an attitude. We waited for refills on drinks and never got them. After we finished eating we waited for our bill and noticed our waitress making out with who we think is the owner and never aknowledged us. Even the guy cooking was looking back at us and them and seemed to feel our frustration. We finally had to go to the counter to pay our bill. Needless to say we wont be back nor will we refer this restaurant again. Too bad too because the pizza is good.

Went to lunch yesterday and was very disappointed. Pizza was great, but service was horrible. Our server never came back to check in us or refill our drinks. When we were finished we waited over 20 mins before taking our leftovers up to the counter to get a "to go" box and our bill. The entire time we waited for the server she was showing inappropriate affection to a gentlemen we think was the owner. I will not return to this establishment again.

This would have been a great experience and I would go back for the pizza, the terrible part is was that after only having a $13.00 meal after tip they charged us over $62!!! I am outraged and I hope that this gets resolved. The waitress also ignored us and rather talked to her co-workers than provide service. Will NEVER go back! I would give no stars if I could not because of the food but because no one should be a thief!!

Pizza was amazing. Service impeccable. Atmosphere very inviting, not to mention my date is a 5 star gal, as well. For those who are gluten-sensitive and love pizza like myself, this is the place to go. Their flour is imported from Italy. It is NOT USA flour. You will find that your symptoms wont flare up with non-USA flour-just try it for yourself. Youll be amazed!

I eat here or get takeout on a regular basis. The pizza is great (so many delicious toppings), the side salad is not to be skipped, and desserts are house-made and really good. Ive never had any bad or rude service - theyve always been really nice, professional, and friendly, but theres occasionally something late or goofed. Still, an overall 4-star experience.

I am a self proclaimed pizza snob. This place has the best pizza I have ever had, an incredible selection of wine to compliment, and desserts that gave me chills. The staff was helpful, courteous and attentive. The ambience was romantic, with dim lighting (but not too dim) and live casual music. I very highly recommend this place.

the most amazing mouth watering pizza.. we were in italy in april and this thin crust pizza could have been served in rome or florence.. they have another location in Yelm Washington.. hint: not a problem splitting a pizza into different types & join the frequent user program to "get a free pizza after 10 visits!"..

I been here three times now, twice with my wife and once just by myself. Every time here the service was impressive, the pizzas to die for with the freshest ingredients and taste to remember. I think I just became a regular, this is the absolute best pizza in Washington state, if not in US.

This Italian restaurant is really charming! The pizza pepperoni -pesto is very tasty and the salads were also a good choice. When we went there was a life band playing music and people were even dancing around them. Nice atmosphere and very Nice people. Really recommended!

I have been on this planet for 52 years and have never had Pizza better than I had here. Amazing only begins to describe it. The thin crust, meats, fresh veggies, cheeses and imported spices meld perfectly and I cant wait to experience the explosion of flavors again!

The best restaurant in which I have ever eaten. The products are fresh, delicious, organic, the atmosphere it makes you think that you are in a holiday. I strongly recommend to go there. They have nice desserts also, hand made ones. Congrats to the owners!

The food was fantastic. However the service was very slow and even when we got the food part of the order was wrong. They were not that busy si the slow service was a bit odd. The slow service coupled with the high cost kept rating lower.

Positively delicious gourmet pizza. They got me into having basil on my pizza (I know, I know, but better late than never). Cool atmosphere - though a tad loud since every surface in the restaurant is made of echo-material.

PLGs pizza is definitely 5 star quality. Ive experienced pizza all over the world, including NYC and Italy, and this definitely ranks up there with the best. Best of all, includes organic and locally sourced ingredients.

It was pretty good. Wood fired over pizzas at a reasonable price. The crust is very thin, something to keep in mind while ordering a size. Street parking available right outside.
