The restaurant is clean, inviting, neat and family friendly! The menu is tremendous! The food is splendid. The service is TERRIBLE! Unless the manager/owner is there, he is awesome and accomodating. Without him the service pales. There are no drink refils, or if there are I have never gotten one (unless the manager/owner is there). Once you sit at the table and the food is delivered that is it. Unless you are lucky enough to flag someone down. I have been here when it was bordering on busy and I have been here when I am the only diner. Service was still terrible! Which is TOO bad since the food is really good! Some of the best I have found in the area.

I thought this place was good at first. My first pizza was good, my second pizza was better, but my third pizza was totally disappointing. I always ordered the vegetarian pizza, but they didnt bother to put cheese on the third pizza. The first one only had a few toppings on it. I wont bother coming back since I cant get a decent dinner there. Im very disappointed, but I shouldnt be surprised. They got rid of my favorite meal at Mercato... the caprese piadiana. The Ramblin Jacks chain has certainly gone down hill since 2000. :(

The atmosphere is great for families. On the down side the pizza is mediocre at best. I.talias only offers one size pizza, 9 inch diameter with a thin crust. I.talia doesnt have green peppers as a topping choice (which happens to be my favorite). I.talia has a build your own pizza for kids. A pizza crust is brought to your table, along with the other ingredients in small bowls. The kid applies the cheese and toppings, then the pizza is cooked and returned to eat.

My son and I LOVE to come here for dinner. He loves the kids "make your pizza!" The salads are always fresh, the service is wonderful, the gluten free pizza is the best in town. And join their customer appreciation program to earn FREE pizza! And so much of their food is organic. This is a great fast, but quality food option!

Showed up at 8:40 when the restaurant closes at 9:00 and was told that they would not serve us because they where closing in 20min. Will never go there again.

Consistent food! The clam chowder was very good with plenty of clams. My lunch was 1/2 soup and gorganzola salad was a winner.
