The pricing structure is super confusing and ordering through the drive-through is awkward. I ordered a burger and fries. My wife ordered a burger and salad. The lady taking my order then asked what I wanted as a second side. Confused (because I never requested a second side), I asked what my options were and ended up ordering a salad also. She said my total was $21.98. When she left to place the order my wife and I were both perplexed as to why she didnt ask my wife for a second side. We quickly realized a miscommunication occurred and each meal came only with one side. "No big deal," I thought. Ill just ask her to take the second salad off the order. I should have clarified how many sides come standard with a burger. When the lady came back and I made the request to remove the salad, she said my new total was $21.98. I asked how that could be, considering she said my previous total was $21.98 with three sides. (Surely, if I removed an item from my order, the price would go down?) She said sides were extra. I told her that made sense so why didnt my total go down? She again said sides were extra. (To me, this only further begs the question why the price stayed the same after striking the second side off the order). I could tell she thought I was a moron (She acted in a professional manner but I am really good at reading body language, hearing changes in voice, etc., and could tell I annoyed her) so I just said "ok thanks for clarifying." Side note: my wife will gladly point out my wrongdoings in public, and would have told me to be quiet if she thought I was "in the wrong." I know wives are biased, but she said she was confused also and that I was pretty clear on my order. In summation: I was embarrassed that the person taking my order thought I was dumb and I was confused by the whole transaction and communication breakdown.

I have been their several times and I can honestly say the service is nothing but horrible. This last visit was the nail that sealed the coffin, I Ordered soup and sandwich the soup was brought out to the table cold, I told spacey waitress with the ponytail to take the soup back to the kitchen and have it reheated , a few minutes later she returned with the soup which was still cold. It seemed like waiting staff always have attitude and make you feel as you are bothering them. I will never return nor would I suggest to anyone else to visit this establishment. Place really sucks buyers beware.

Free parking in small lot, or metered street parking. Drive thru works better if you call in your order ahead of time, but theyre pretty quick anyway. All the classic sandwiches, burgers, and soft drinks youd expect. Also salads and a daily soup. Huge servings. Nice people, comfortable inside seating. People from out of town comment that they make a point of stopping there when they are in the area.

If you do not feel like heading downtown but you want a delicious sandwich or burger then the 4th Avenue location of the 5th Avenue Sandwich Shop is the perfect place to go! Great service and piled high plates of scrumptious sandwiches! Pies to die for, if you have the room left!

LOVED this place! Husband ordered the Club with fries and I ordered the half roasted turkey. The portions are HUGE. We ended up taking over half our food home. The Jalepeno bread was so tasty. We dined in and the service was great.

They have great food! Theres one lady that works the drive thru often and she is anything but pleasant. The rest of the people seem very friendly besides her so thats why I only have 4 stars instead of 5. I love the soups!

Omg yum the fries and fry sauce is out of this world I drive over just for that. The food is super yummy too but I totally fill up on the fries and sauce first so it comes in a close second :)

5th on 4th was my port in the storm after sending my car in to get fixed. Staying dry with a cup of coffee and a slice of cheese cake made a rainy day into a nice respite.
